Such a good price for the items you get, I am very pleased with the product. These inks do run out pretty fast that is the only drawback, you can get around 30 pictures or so. But still a great buy compared to purchasing the ink individually.

These pens are my favorite. The .05 point is good for thin paper (charts) because it doesn't soak through the paper. The .07 size is smoother writing for general writing.

Up until recently I've had good luck with my Canon compatible ink tanks. Not so much so with HP laser compatibles. I have already swithced to the more expensive Genuine HP product because the compatibles were messing up my printers. Not worth the savings. Now I seem to be having the same trouble finding compatible ink that works well for my dinosaur non-chipped ink tank canon printers. It is definately worth the extra cost to go genuine, beats replacing print heads prematurly due to running cheap ink through them.

I used to just buy new printers every year or two because it used to be that the ink was so expensive that you were just as well off buying new printers, not to mention that the resolution of the printer was changing to much. We bought our most recent printer about 3 years ago now. A canon injet. It's done nothing short of excellent when printing reports, photos, wedding save-the-dates, and anything else we've thrown at it. It still prints like it's brand new and a lot of that success should be attributed to the ink cartridges doing their job right. This is probably the 10th time we've bought ink for the little workhorse and none of the brink and mortar shops near us even come close to amazon's prices on canon brand ink for our printer.

Certainly cheaper than getting it directly from the manufacturer. I haven't had any smearing/smudging with it. It seems to last just as long as any other official Canon tank I've purchased.

They work well but not perfectly with my Lexmark NX625. I am very happy with them having printed about 1000 pages over a few days last week.

The good:

Clear plastic to see ink level. Refill hole pre-drilled and plugged. Printer resets ink level when cartridge is removed and installed as advertised.

The bad:

The printer does not always recognize the cartridge when installed. However, multiple attempts (pop cartridge out and put it back in, takes a matter of seconds) has always resolved the problem for me. Sometimes when I change one cartridge the printer must check all the cartridges because a different cartridge will not be recognized. Again re-installing it has always worked.

When I first used these cartridges I printed a few hundred pages one day. The next day I had to run the printer head cleaning function many times to get certain colours to print. However, I just printed a colour image without any problems and the printer has sat for a few days so this is another relatively minor issue.

I order this kit hoping it would help me save money on the expensive cartridges. I had bought the Epson printer when I purchased my Apple desktop computer. I thought the printer was a deal that the time of the purchase but then later learned that you can't just have these ink cartridges refilled at a store as you can with other printer cartridges. I tried using this product, at 1st I thought it didn't fit my printer and thought about sending it back. I studied it better a 2nd time a realized that I may have placed it the wrong direction. The usual cartridges from the store have only one hole, refillable cartridges have two holes. I retried placing the cartridge in the printer and found that they do work! I will continue to use these because it is a lot more convenient to refill the ink and save you a lot more money!

When I first purchased an H.P. Printer in 1998. The Ink Cartrdiges where TWICE the size H.P. offers now. These cartridges are a genuine rip off as they in no way hold the vloume of ink my previous H.P. Printer hel\d. And? to add insult to inhury? They are TWICE THE COST. I understand the World is suffering from an Oil shiortage. But I never realized until I replaced my Older Printer. That H.P is suffering from an INK shortage or could it just be an example of "greed". On the party of H.P. These cartridges run through Ink like Niagra Falls runs througjh water.

Truely a downgrade in my miond of H.P.'s allegedly concern for it's customers. Which if you look at the price of these cartridges?.....Is non exsistant. Thanks to their stingyness in predicing a much smaller cartridge to hold ink than they use to have? H.P has lost a customer for life. When it comes to repacing this printer? I will shop elsewhere and H.P will not be sufering any future ink shortages. Due to one less customer.

Own an Epson Artisan 810. These cartridges work great!!!

I had a problem refilling it though. When I placed the needle inside the refill hole, the rubber stopper got pushed into the cartridge.

When I contacted the seller, sent me a new one, with no hassle! So, when you are refilling them, hold the refill rubber stopper, and also wear gloves.

Highly recommend the product.

This does not stand up by any means to actual Kodak ink. My pictures were horrible so I went and bought actual Kodak ink and my pictures are fine. This ink is horrible!!

This was my initial rating. I now though would love to rate them a zero!! After submitting my review I began to get very rude and borderline threatening emails from a man named Ben that works for the company. He offered to send new ink or refund my money if I change my review. I received neither and still got 2 more emails where he tried to insult my intelligence. He also was trying to make me feel as if I somehow did wrong as his customer. I am reporting this company not only to Amazon but BBB and any other place that rates businesses. Originally I was not happy with the ink. So I voice my complaint and within a days I received a response. There was something wrong with the ink and the company was going to send me a free replacement. Within two days, I did get a replacement that worked perfect and also they sent me a very nice letter of apology for the bad cartridge. I just want to let people know that sometimes products can be faulty and that this company kept good to their word and the quality of their product. There are still good companies in the world that do right for the consumer.

I ordered this because I print an enormous amount of papers, reports, and coupons. I do not need the quality to be great. I order two black ink cartridges and received a color and a black. Okay! I will work with that. When I installed in my printer it would not read the cartridges. Finally, I was able to get the black one to work. Amazon refunded half of the purchase price which was great. I will purchase from this company one more time because you can't beat the price!

My first order from Andrew's Genuine Supplies was 8/16/12 for this product and in January 2013 I put it in my printer and ordered the next one only to find out that the product is defective and not Lexmark. If you look at the gold contact area on the cartridges you can see that it is different from the actual Lexmark cartridge! They are also marked "NOT FOR CUSTOMER USE!" and the number on the actual cartridge is 18L0220 NOT 18L0032 as the foil package says. I can not get a refund on this because the time has past so I have lost $25.07. I can olny get a refund on the one I just ordered in January of this year so I wanted to warn anyone that is looking to buy anything from ANDREW'S GENUINE SUPPLIES!

This is the black cartridge to use if you own a number of Lexmark printers. I use it in my X6150. I am very happy with the print quality with the black as well as the color (18L0042). You really must just get the cartridge out of the printer to figure out the part number though, I haven't found anything anywhere that links my printer to this cartridge.

The price is in line with other print cartridges, it is easy to get in and out and you don't make a mess with it. You should be able to get 600 pages out of one cartridge, but I haven't gotten that far yet. I'm doubtful I'll get that many but I print a lot of photos.

Overall, a good product.

I wanted to have a spare set of cartridges for my Canon MX870 printer. I researched several non-OEM vendors and found Sophia-Global as a preferred supplier. Sophia-Global is not just a re-seller or a one-person garage-type operation; they actually re-manufacture the printer cartridges in a leased 6,200 sq.ft. industrial facility in Lawrence, KS. Their manufacturing plant is certified to an ISO 9002 quality standard, so their product should have low defect rates.

Before purchasing their product I wanted to determine the compatibility with a Canon PIXMA MX870 printer. I contacted their customer service department and found their representative to be knowledgeable and courteous. I ordered the Sophia-Global 5-pack (C-221 (C,Y,M,B), C-220 BK) which was delivered in less than one week by US postal mail. The product was well packaged for shipping in a shipping envelope lined with bubble wrap. All cartridges were received in good condition (no damaged or leaking cartridges). The cartridges look almost identical to the original Canon cartridges including the electronic chip that sends signals for ink levels in each cartridge. I believe that these cartridges should work just fine in the MX870 printer. I will install these cartridges in my MX870 printer in a few months (after the current Canon cartridges are exhausted) and edit this post to include a product review about their performance.

11/15/2010 UPDATE: I installed the C-220 BK (large black ink cartridge) in my MX870 using the Sophia-Global instructions. The installation went smoothly with no leaking ink. During installation I compared the Canon and Sophia-Global cartridges and they are identical in design so there was no compatibility problems.The MX870 is running just find using the Sophia-Global C-220 BK cartridge.

These cartridges work great in my Canon MP620, and they are a fraction of the cost. I can get 2-5 packs for less than the price of one Canon ink cartridge. I've used every color and don't notice a bit of difference over the (much more expensive) Canon cartridges.

Buying non-oem cartridges is generally hit and miss. This ink set is about 1/3 the cost of OEM Canon inks. They were all recognized by my Pixma 4700 printer. I learned that you need to open 2nd manufacturer ink cartridges very carefully, holding the ink side up and dobbing the top of the ink to prevent spilling. Still blue ink spilled out onto the floor. I did a test color photo print and the quality was very poor, as expected. I would never use non-OEM inks for photos, but they work fine for documents where color quality and control are not important. Inkjet printer companies fleece consumers with the ink. I bought my Pixma printer for a mere seven dollars more than the cost of an ink set. Due to the ridiculously high prices of OEM inks, there are thousands of companies producing ink cartridges. As a photographer, I'm hoping that someday the OEM ink prices will be reduced or that non-OEM manufacturers will produce high quality ink at a more reasonable cost.

This ink from 77Ink arrived quickly, installed fine in my Canon MX860. I had to reseat the yellow once before the printer recognized it, but it worked fine after that. I printed out a picture at high quality on super glossy paper, and it came out better than the OEM ink did. I am a Web developer, doing graphics, html, programming, & print work, so I do a lot of printing out comps for my customers. This ink is super cheap and high quality. I will definitely use 77Ink again.
