This was my initial rating. I now though would love to rate them a zero!! After submitting my review I began to get very rude and borderline threatening emails from a man named Ben that works for the company. He offered to send new ink or refund my money if I change my review. I received neither and still got 2 more emails where he tried to insult my intelligence. He also was trying to make me feel as if I somehow did wrong as his customer. I am reporting this company not only to Amazon but BBB and any other place that rates businesses. I have saved said emails and would love to send them to anyone interested. Good job Ben!

Originally I was not happy with the ink. So I voice my complaint and within a days I received a response. There was something wrong with the ink and the company was going to send me a free replacement. Within two days, I did get a replacement that worked perfect and also they sent me a very nice letter of apology for the bad cartridge. I just want to let people know that sometimes products can be faulty and that this company kept good to their word and the quality of their product. There are still good companies in the world that do right for the consumer.
