I just got this refilling kit couple months ago. It did not work for my printer.

In fact I just used the inks but the cartridges had problems with my printer.

The cartridge is compatible with/fits my Epson NX400, however after the 2nd or 3rd page then the printing begin to show missing ink on some lines. It seems there isn't enough ink to print out a page when there is really a lot of ink left. Even I did printer head cleaning several times and it didn't help. After few days the ink cartridge worked fine and no more missing lines.

I bought this to refill my hp60 cartrige and let's say I'm not as impressed as other reviewers. I have 2 main issues with it, 1) this ink is very wet and thin, takes a while to dry and 2)I had to run a self clean 3 times before I got it to stop bleeding on my paper, didn't have this issue with the regular hp cartrige. It works ok when you finally get everything going smooth but it is deffinitely a cheap ink. I'll use it up and find better. Oh, one more thing, I paid $14 and some change with shipping, was $8.99 before s&h, looks like it went up a bit, not worth the new price and barely worth what I paid.

The price is good but I tried it twice in my HP60 black ink cartridges and both times it worked ok a few times then after an hour or so of sitting it was as if it dried up the print head or something because the printing became very faint. I will switch to another brand that I have had good luck with in the past.

Bravo. I've been refilling my Canon MP210 for 4 years and I'm only on my second cartridge. I use this ink to refill the PG-30 black cartridges with my syringe. This ink actually came with a syringe! I was using the same syringe for years but since I got a new one, heck, I replaced my old one. I rinse it out with hot water after each use.

This ink works great! I put about 5ML of ink each time I refill. I don't even remove the cartridge from the printer anymore, I just pop the top and inject.

This product came with two bottles, as pictured, even through I purchased 1 quantity of this product.

Instead of getting two 32Oz bottles, I received one 64Oz bottle in the same type of plastic that milk containers are made of. The problem is that the plastic deteriorates over time so it's only a matter of time before my ink starts leaking from the bottle. The 32Oz bottles are better quality plus one will always stay sealed until the first one is used up. Those plastic bottles are thicker plastic.

I refilled several ink cartridges in 2 different HP printers and both exhibited low quality prints, almost faded.

This was a disappointing buy for me and I should have returned the ink but didn't.

I've been using this LC75 compatible ink almost every day for about a month on my three month old Brother multifunction all in one Brother MFC-J825DW.

The ink cartridges are PERFECT!

They FIT perfectly.

The INK QUALITY is perfectly equivalent to the genuine Brother Ink from what I can see.

The COST is perfectly reasonable.

And the Sophia Global Service is perfect too. I had an issue at first getting the printer to recognize the cartridges. I unpacked the printer from the box and tried to install them first thing. The printer would not let me and said I had to install the starter cartridges that came with the printer first. I really just wanted to use the compatible cartridges from the get-go so I contacted Sophia Global and asked them if they were sure these things would work as my printer wasn't recognizing them. They immediately shipped me replacements for everything I bought and assured me that the cartridges would absolutely without a doubt work.

With this reassurance, it dawned on me that perhaps the printer really does want the starter cartridges first, so I installed the ones it came with. After I did, I used up the starter cartridges and then installed the compatibles with no further issues.

If you've been using your Brother printer already, you can put these right in without a problem.

I have used this several times, no problems other than me getting lazy and not preparing my refill location (kitchen sink) with paper towels and I put a paper plate in just in case I drip, and GLOVES it is not a difficult thing to refill these, you will probably notice when you pull the label back to find the refill hole that it has been refilled and a new label was put on it. ie: I am refilling a set I had bought at a local office supply with their name on them and they are recycled. You will get many refills from this set.

I read another review that recommended I wear disposable gloves and refill these in the kitchen sink over a paper plate. Like an idiot, I thought "Naw, I'll just be really careful and it'll be fine." I got ink all over my fingers and all over the counter, and it doesn't come off easy. It's cheap and it works, though, so I'll definitively continue to use it. Next time, I'll be sure to take the proper precautions.

But, unlike the advertisement (clearly showing two boxes), the cartridges come without the box and no way to know what the expiration date is. Just a piece of paper saying "New".

I wanted to have a spare set of cartridges for my Canon MX870 printer. I researched several non-OEM vendors and found Sophia-Global as a preferred supplier. Sophia-Global is not just a re-seller or a one-person garage-type operation; they actually re-manufacture the printer cartridges in a leased 6,200 sq.ft. industrial facility in Lawrence, KS. Their manufacturing plant is certified to an ISO 9002 quality standard, so their product should have low defect rates.

Before purchasing their product I wanted to determine the compatibility with a Canon PIXMA MX870 printer. I contacted their customer service department and found their representative to be knowledgeable and courteous. I ordered the Sophia-Global 5-pack (C-221 (C,Y,M,B), C-220 BK) which was delivered in less than one week by US postal mail. The product was well packaged for shipping in a shipping envelope lined with bubble wrap. All cartridges were received in good condition (no damaged or leaking cartridges). The cartridges look almost identical to the original Canon cartridges including the electronic chip that sends signals for ink levels in each cartridge. I believe that these cartridges should work just fine in the MX870 printer. I will install these cartridges in my MX870 printer in a few months (after the current Canon cartridges are exhausted) and edit this post to include a product review about their performance.

11/15/2010 UPDATE: I installed the C-220 BK (large black ink cartridge) in my MX870 using the Sophia-Global instructions. The installation went smoothly with no leaking ink. During installation I compared the Canon and Sophia-Global cartridges and they are identical in design so there was no compatibility problems.The MX870 is running just find using the Sophia-Global C-220 BK cartridge.

These cartridges work great in my Canon MP620, and they are a fraction of the cost. I can get 2-5 packs for less than the price of one Canon ink cartridge. I've used every color and don't notice a bit of difference over the (much more expensive) Canon cartridges.

Buying non-oem cartridges is generally hit and miss. This ink set is about 1/3 the cost of OEM Canon inks. They were all recognized by my Pixma 4700 printer. I learned that you need to open 2nd manufacturer ink cartridges very carefully, holding the ink side up and dobbing the top of the ink to prevent spilling. Still blue ink spilled out onto the floor. I did a test color photo print and the quality was very poor, as expected. I would never use non-OEM inks for photos, but they work fine for documents where color quality and control are not important. Inkjet printer companies fleece consumers with the ink. I bought my Pixma printer for a mere seven dollars more than the cost of an ink set. Due to the ridiculously high prices of OEM inks, there are thousands of companies producing ink cartridges. As a photographer, I'm hoping that someday the OEM ink prices will be reduced or that non-OEM manufacturers will produce high quality ink at a more reasonable cost.

This ink from 77Ink arrived quickly, installed fine in my Canon MX860. I had to reseat the yellow once before the printer recognized it, but it worked fine after that. I printed out a picture at high quality on super glossy paper, and it came out better than the OEM ink did. I am a Web developer, doing graphics, html, programming, & print work, so I do a lot of printing out comps for my customers. This ink is super cheap and high quality. I will definitely use 77Ink again.

I was a little hesitant to order off brand ink for my Canon MG8120 printer but I'm glad I did. Not only did I save quite a bit by buying this ink instead of the Canon brand, but the quality of the ink does not seemed to be compromised by the off brand cartridges. They fit seamlessly into my printer and were instantly recognized by the printer as well. I know sometimes the printer will not recognize off brand cartridges and will continue to tell you that your ink is out but I did not have this problem. All I can say is WOW. Good quality ink, as good as OEM and REALLY REALLY cheap! I LOVE my Brother Printer, and although the ink is cheaper than the other cruddy brands, it is still expensive! Saved yet AGAIN by Amazon, this ink is well worth your time and money and this package is the best deal on the site. Ink even has a 'warranty' as labeled on the box, but that is a bit doubtable. Worth the risk, it's a small investment for a fortune of ink.

My HP printer must be programmed not to accept refurbished ink cartrides. It ID's them as "used" and will not allow me to print. Cartridges must be new. The product description said it it would work on my printer, but it does not. This Magenta cartridge was labeled "refurbished". I bought two others, Cyan and Yellow, they were described as "new" and may work, but I don't know yet. If they are refurbished, they will not work.

3pk non-OEM Canon CLI-8 Photo Magenta Compatible Ink Cartridge Review

I cannot rate these inks at all. These inks were sold as CLI-8 Photo Magenta Compatible Ink cartridges with chips for the Canon Pro 9000 printers. They were sold in batches of 3 cartridges with the additional warranty "We promise nothing but the best quality product" Otherwise "we won't sell it, period!"

The price worked out at half the price of Canon's own product which I usually ordered from Amazon. Because Toner Pals were so confident about the quality of the compatible ink it was producing I made the mistake of ordering a double order that is 6 cartridges.

When it finally arrived it proved to be worthless rubbish. All the other seven ink cartridges in the printer were Canon produced, but with the Photo Magenta from TonerPals installed the new ink clearly sent all the other colours off and a print was produced (on usual Canon Paper) which had overall an eerie light green tone. which bore no relationship to the colours in the image being printed. In case the one cartridge was at fault I replaced it with another of the six cartridges purchased, with exactly the same result.

Fortunately the printer and the nozzles were not damaged since when I bought in a new supply of Photo Magenta CLI-8 for my Pixma Printer it operated perfectly from the first print.

When I complained to TonerPals all I got was "we would like to extend to you our most sincere apologies for unsatisfactory performance of the cartridges you received" and "It's never our intention to inconvenience our best customers." There it rests. I have wasted my money and lost printing time awaiting the new supply of ink.

i have the apologies from "TonerPals Amazon" as they describe themselves, but I have reason to believe they knew these inks were useless and not as warranted when they were supplied.

Anyone who deals with them after this warning does so at their own risk.

I use this ink all the time. I do mostly digital scrap-booking and print my own photos. I bought a PIXMA Pro9000 Mark II Inkjet Printer last summer and you learn really fast that you go through the CLI-8 Photo Megenta & CLI-8 Cyan Photo faster than any other ink. So I suggest you stock up on these if you do a lot of printing.
