My HP printer must be programmed not to accept refurbished ink cartrides. It ID's them as "used" and will not allow me to print. Cartridges must be new. The product description said it it would work on my printer, but it does not. This Magenta cartridge was labeled "refurbished". I bought two others, Cyan and Yellow, they were described as "new" and may work, but I don't know yet. If they are refurbished, they will not work.

My printer does not see the ink. Keep telling out of ink after I replace. I do not know why?
