This ink is such a great value. I print a lot of illustrations and have found this ink to be very consistent and of equal quality of the original Canon inks. I must confess I was skeptical, but when you compare the prices it is something I had to try. And I am so glad I did. Giving this ink a try could very well be worth your time and effort.

May not be because of the ink cartridges but after changing over to new ones, printer crashed. Lexmark makes a great laser printer but the ink jet printer seems less reliable. These printer cartridges are rather pricey and don't last very long.

Lexmark ink is a very fine product but, the supplier is not worthy of consideration.

The shipping container was fine but the individual cartridge packaging looked as though someone stomped on them.

Four of the six cartridges had leaked. I refused to use the other two for fear they might damage the print head.

I returned all cartridges to Amazon and received a complete refund

This is great value for money, and a great printer. I had a previous CMYK printer, great savings because you only change the print cartridge for the colr you have run out of instead of the whole color cratridge regardless of the other colors still being available.

This is the black cartrdige, and this is the larger size of the two. I have printed hundreds of pages and it has not made a dent in the bars showing on the menu.

Even the small cartridge printed well over a ream of paper,so I love my new printer and these cartridges, once I got the hang of getting them into the printhead without them wobbling all over the place.

An excellent product-shop around for great value and don't forget to recycle them! (You can drop them off at staples and get rewards coupons back, up to 10 per month).

Purchased this 6 months ago. Will NOT print, only printed 2 or 3 pages per week. It's still full of ink, but the print Head is clogged or something. Took it out and tried to clean head, Used the HP printer cleaning software program, No success. Shows 80 per cent full in the printer LCD screen. The color cartridges are still printing and they are a year old or more.

I just ordered my fifth (or maybe sixth) full set of these

seven colors. I've had the printer for two or three years.

I just realized that I should write this review because I

have never had any flaw at all with these cartridges. No

component of any of these has ever failed: not the ink-

dispensing mechanism, not the little built in electronic

gadgets that let the computer tell me how much is left.

The printer nozzles get plugged once in a (great) while, but

they have always responded properly to the self-cleaning cycle.

And the little cartridges have never leaked at all when I

pull out the empties to throw them away.

Also the coverage seems reasonable -I do full-color

photographic prints on 13x19 inch paper, and I'm very happy

with the coverage. I have never done a careful study of

the coverage, but I believe it amounts to somewhere between

1 and 2 dollars per 13x19 sheet.

Oh and the quality of the prints is perfect for photographic

printing. (At high angles if you get glare on the paper you

can see a funny-looking effect that is non-photographic, but

if you care about that I would say you have issues.) In any

normal or remotely normal viewing conditions the prints look

at least as good as photo-lab prints. Better, I think.

For prints of this size, the total cost/quality equation,

compared to what I used to get from (and give to) photo labs

is -miraculous.

When dealing with ink for photographic printers the best bet is to stick with the ink that is reconmended for that printer. That however can lead to issues of overpaying for a name brand, however with this deal from Amazon you are making out. Around where I live the indvidual colors cost between $13 $15 a piece. With this deal, even with shipping you're spending about $10 per color. The saving adds up...

There's nothing as reliable as OEM Epson cartridges, and this deal is a great price for all seven colors. It came in a padded bag and the expiration dates were more than a year away. So if you need more than 3 or 4 colors now, then go for the set. You'll need the others eventually.

This set of 7 colors fits the Epson Stylus Photo 2200 Injet Printer. The printer has not been made for many years and has been replaced by other models. It produces professional prints but the cost of the ink is high and appears to be going up as the years go by. In 2008 I purchased this ink set from Adorama for $66.29 exclusive of tax and shipping. The current price is $99.50 also exclusive of tax and shipping and also from Adorama. I don't blame the vendor as it appears that the price of the ink has increased and Adorama (a highly regarded vendor) has no control over this. The inks are capable of producing the very highest quality prints. They do not appear to fade over the course of years and produce accurate looking photos. As long as my printer is functioning I will be buying these inks. I am aware that third party inks are available at a considerable discount but am afraid that quality may suffer.

On second thought, it would be unrealistic not to expect the price of these inks to increase. After all, the price of practically everything else has increased due to inflation. So why not ink?

My Canon printer is about 13 years old. Hey! But it works well and serves my purposes just fine. Noticed it was running out of ink & I thought I had a back up one but didn't. It's so hard to find cartridges for it now. Even tried my local Ink Cartridge World store. They didn't have the one I needed in stock. I was in a hurry for it because I was going away & was trying to print out boarding passes for my flights. Otherwise, I would not have checked around, & would have just gone online to Amazon, where I've bought these before --but for more than twice what I paid for this one. Placed the order knowing it would be waiting for me when I got back home.

Well, printer stopped working! If I had even a bit of extra time, I probably would have cancelled my order, thinking my printer is dead & I have to get a new one but, I didn't have any time to spare so I figured it was only $10.00, not the end of the world. PLEASE READ ON FOR AN IMPORTANT TIP ......

Strange how things work out for the best sometimes. When I got back home, tried the printer again, played around with it, still didn't work. Coincidentally, learned from a friend that her printer "broke"/stopped printing, so she had someone come to fix it. Turned out, it was out of ink. when the replacement cartridge was installed, it worked fine again. So, that turned out to be my problem, too. After installing the new cartridge, I only had to unplug and replug in my printer and it works as good as new. Who knew?!? If it wasn't that I already HAD the cartridge here, I'd have spent/wasted $$ for a new printer, of course assuming mine, realistically, had seen better days. So far, the ink cartridge is great. Re-manufactured of course, but I knew that. AND, this is the cheapest I was ever able to get a quality cartridge for. I will definitely recommend this seller and will order from them again. Order was "ready to ship" in no time. They even send you a bag to return your old cartridge to them to recycle!

Genuine Canon Ink ... which should always be used with genuine Canon printers. And, use genuine Canon photo paper if you want excellent photos. I've tried a half dozen other major brands and NONE performed as well as Canon's own papers; presumably developed to work specifically with Canon ink.

The ink works fine, but it seems that the cartridges are overcharged, each time you open one the ink leaks a lot, so try to open them in the bathroom far away from anything, after cleaning the excess ink the cartridges are properly detected by the printer, and provide decent quality for the price.

This ink cartridge is smaller then the kodak and fits weird. My prints sometimes come out so light they light they are hardly visable. I am over not please with this black ink and will not purchase it again.

When I'd purchased this, the picture indicated it was an HP quad pack. What I received was 4 individual foiled packs of ink...like they were opened from the cardboard box. The funny thing is, now when I check the picture of the product, it shows as 4 individual foiled packs. Don't know if the ink is ok...but it still feels like a bait & switch.
