May not be because of the ink cartridges but after changing over to new ones, printer crashed. Lexmark makes a great laser printer but the ink jet printer seems less reliable. These printer cartridges are rather pricey and don't last very long.

Lexmark ink is a very fine product but, the supplier is not worthy of consideration.The shipping container was fine but the individual cartridge packaging looked as though someone stomped on them.
Four of the six cartridges had leaked. I refused to use the other two for fear they might damage the print head.
I returned all cartridges to Amazon and received a complete refund
