It works absolutely fine for me. Saves quite a bit of money in cartridge cost. As long as you do not have any trouble in following instructions for refilling, this should be no problem. If you are not careful, it can get real messy. As far as quality and life, I have no problem, I just refilled second time from the same ordered kit.

Discount Refill Ink Kit (5x30ml Nano Dye Ink + 1 Thumb Drill) for Canon
came fast, directions were accurate. The Canon pg-40 took half of one black refill so looks like I will get about 4 black refills and ~3 color refills for 1/2 the price one. Would have cost me ~$140....great deal. The ink seems no different than the original and I print pictures so it seems great. Its nice to have the needles built in to the container so you don't have to worry about cross contamination of the ink, or spending all your time cleaning a syringe 4 times.

The outside package cover of the cartridge was stained with ink. When I open the box I thought they could not be used. The first thing I printed was all stained, but the following printigs came out fine and it is working.Thanks.

There are many less expensive similar products on the internet. But! you are getting what you paid for. I bought this to replace a faulty non-OEM cartridge. Printing started to produce streaks on the paper and replacing the cartridge solved the problem. This ink is such a great value. I print a lot of illustrations and have found this ink to be very consistent and of equal quality of the original Canon inks. I love my printer but the ink is so expensive. I was so happy to find this cartridge. My happiness was short-lived. After printing about 20 pages I was out of ink. From now on, I will just purchase brand new cartridges from Hewlit-Packard. The last real HP color ink cartridge I purchased from Amazon was 10/12/2011, and it lasted until 5/12/2012 when I thought I would save some money and purchase this remanufactured cartridge. GUESS WHAT??? It is OUT of ink ALREADY!! Moral of the story is..... 7 + months on the real deal, and 1 1/2 months and this piece of junk needs to be replaced already. I have not printed that much either, so just like another poster said, maybe 10 sheets of paper, and it is in the trash. HP C8771WN (#02) Cyan new compatible ink cartridge, double ink Reviews
It is a replacement inkjet cartridge. It works as well as one would expect. I have never used a different type cartridge to see if the colors are different with this printer. I have used a couple of these replacement cartridges, and they are excellent.

This product is definately not worth it's weight. I'd much rather purchase HP brand name ink cartridges. They can be redeemed at my local office supply store for a one dollar credit per cartridge. These aftermarket ones can't. Plus, their electronic tabs can be unreliable.Friday, August 1, 2014

Very happy with this product. The black was a little leaky, but was fine after the first (1 page) document printed. I do not understand the negative reviews about issues with loading the cartridges; you really have to be an idiot to not be able to figure out how to load ink into your printer.

They were AWFUL and nothing printed, not even lightly. So I was hesitant to try again but these cartidges are pretty good. The only negative I can say is that they are a bit leaky once you first open then up. So have some paper towels ready under the cartridge as you open. But other than that they print just fine. i would buy again!These were for my Mother. She has only used one black and it leaked all over her hands when she opened it. I will let you know how the others worked out.

I never GOT the product or an explanation on WHY it was NEVER sent. NOT very Happy with the service!!!!!
I had that problem too until I ordered my most recent HP 14 cartridges on Amazon.com from detailsurfer and every cartridge I've received from them has worked perfectly. If you have a good, still working, older HP printer that uses the HP 14 series cartridges you may want to try the detailsurfer source which has worked so well for me.
One other thing I appreciated about this seller was the first class service which I've been given!

Since HP stopped manufacturing the HP 14 Ink Cartridge series, getting cartridges that acutally work in an older HP printer that uses the HP 14 series has become a problem. A quick check of the reviews of HP 14 cartridges received by customers will reveal a very high number of cartridges that would not work.I had that problem too until I ordered my most recent HP 14 cartridges on Amazon.com from detailsurfer and every cartridge I've received from them has worked perfectly. The ink is great, though a bit difficult to put in compared to a smaller printer. The quality is great and it doesn't smudge. The only fault which i found with this ink cartridge was that it did not last very long. Though i print a reasonable amount each day, my former computer printed the same amount using less ink. This is a standard Dell ink cartridge that I have been replacing way too often. I don't use the printer all that much and discovered that the cartridges DRY OUT and show as empty when they are barely used. Since this is a cartridge made by Dell and not a knock-off I would think they would figure out how to keep their ink wet until completely gone. The printing industry has been doing it for years so it's definitly a product flaw. I have finally remedied this problem by removing the cartridges each time after I print and put them in a sealable plastic bag. Dell or (lexmark) inks are as good of quality as any other brand...However don't expect them to lastvery long and get your money's worth because you will be disappointed!!!! I don't print very much but
even still these cartridges seem to get completely empty very fast.

Dye Ink Brand New Ciss Cis Supply System for Epson C120 Reviews
Chip broke the first week i had it. They put it in a bad spot.
My experience setting it up was easy, following the video link given by hotzone360. The only snag that I ran into is that I didn't bleed the system before my first test print. My first print was perfect, then I bled the system and it clogged. I ran the Epson self-cleaning and couldn't get it unclogged. Then I manually cleaned the print heads with a syringe and rubbing alcohol and it still did not unclog. I called Michael at hotzone360 and he was very knowledgeable. It had been a day since I ran the Epson self-cleaning, so he asked me to run another test print and it printed perfectly. Apparently, all it needed was a period of time to set after my initial cleaning. Now it prints fine and I have NOT had ANY issues with clogging since.
In summary, the only thing I can say is don't wait two years like I did with the belief that you better use the Epson brand ink only. That being said, I have found that when printing photos, whether you are using Epson ink or not, it is best to use Epson brand paper.

I have an Epson Stylus C120 and have used Epson inks ONLY for the two years I've owned it. I would hardly use the printer because I knew how much it would cost me each time I printed. When I did print something, I would use the Fast Economy print setting and would rarely print photos. It would actually cost less money to get photos made at the a copy center. With ink cartridges, there's really no in-between either the ink worked or it didn't right? The price was cheaper than the price of two pack purchased in most retail stores throughout the United States. The seller shipped quickly and it arrived quickly. One fairly minor thing is that the product page says twin pack in my mind, that meant one package with two ink cartridges, but when the package arrived it was two individual cartridges packaged together. That's really a minor nitpicky thing though. The bottom line is that I got two ink cartridges and am quite happy with my purchase.

The expiration date for these cartridges was August 2010. I started using the first cartridge last week (September 7-9), and after printing one or two documents, I got the signal that the ink was low in that cartridge and I needed to change it. So I figured, "Okay, it was a fluke..." and I put the second cartridge in yeserday (September 12). Once again, after printing two or three documents, I got the "Low ink" message again.What an aggravation, and a waste of my money, as well. I won't make this mistake again!

The expiration date of the cartridges was far off into the future, the same as if I would have bought fresh ones at a local store. What I received looks the same as what's in the photograph.
