I just got this refilling kit couple months ago. It did not work for my printer.

In fact I just used the inks but the cartridges had problems with my printer.

The cartridge is compatible with/fits my Epson NX400, however after the 2nd or 3rd page then the printing begin to show missing ink on some lines. It seems there isn't enough ink to print out a page when there is really a lot of ink left. Even I did printer head cleaning several times and it didn't help. After few days the ink cartridge worked fine and no more missing lines.

Buying one series of refill inks for this Canon printer is almost as expensive as buying the printer. In addition, it would be more convenient and I would hope less expensive to have the large volume inks in a package rather than having to buy all individually. As far as function, the inks do what they are supposed to do.

It cost me $105 (including 9% California sale tax) to get the refill ink for my Canon printer that cost $140. This is for 5 ink cartridges, extra large size. Ouch! I hope they last twice as long.

In comparison, it was only $58 for 4 cartridges for my Epson XP-600 printer (normal size). This printer cost $130 from Apple.

This not a new print head. It appears to be a well cleaned, previously used print head, which could solve a print problem, if the problem is a damaged print head. In general, the print alignment, and cleaning option becomes too gummed up with ink and is not useful utilizing a new print head. The area that needs cleaning is not easy to access. HP inkjet printers are not cost effective to have repaired or cleaned by a professional.

For a number of months I struggled with a problem on my normally reliable HP Officejet 6500 E709n printer. Sometimes the black would totally stop printing, although color printing still worked fine. The usual fixes such as printhead cleaning or resetting the printer to factory default settings seemed to fix the problem temporarily, but then the problem returned. I became so frustrated that I bought an Epson all-in-one to replace the HP Officejet, which I hooked up to a rarely-used computer just for scanning. Magically, the printing started to work again for several months, and then it stopped. Scouring the Internet for solutions, my last attempt to fix the problem involved soaking the printhead in warm water, which resulted in print alignment failures and, finally, some unrecoverable error.

The question was whether to try the last possible solution, which was to replace the printhead entirely. I was reluctant to purchase a new printhead because I did not know whether this would solve the problem, I already had another all-in-one printer that worked fine, and if I spent $20-30 more than the price of the printhead, I could buy an entirely new all-in-one printer. Perhaps out of sentimental loyalty to HP printers, which I have been using for over 20 years, I bought this new HP printhead.

Bingo. It is like having a brand-new printer. The printing problems totally disappeared and the printer has been functioning wonderfully for the past two months. Perhaps replacing a printhead after a certain amount of time is what has to be done to keep in working properly.

I had my ink cartridges reloaded with ink. Worst mistake ever. They immediately clogged the head. After running diagnostics and cleaning process I took the head out...it had been ruined. I won't make that mistake again...staying w/HP new cartidges. The new head went in without problem and cured the error message on my printer. And it was at the best price I could find anywhere else...$10 $25 dollars below everyone else.

This product is a problem when used with Dell printers. It works, BUT it is problematic!!! You have to take the cartridge out and wipe the heads often in order to get it to work. They are not Genuine as stated in the add. Its like a body rejecting an organ from a Donner.

I understand business and I know things happen, although I personally don't think this is a good business. I had 3 issues w/ this one order small order.

In this order, there is suppose to be a set, including: Photo Cyan, Cyan, Photo Magenta, Magenta, Yellow and Black.

First issue, I got two Yellows--I'm only suppose to get one Yellow.

Second issue, I got one Photo Cyan--There is suppose to be two--I'm missing the basic Cyan.

Third issue, the basic Magenta is leaking all over the wrapper, but it's the only one out of all the other ink cartridges.

I went with this product b/c of all the good reviews--they obviously didn't have my same issues.

So, do you trust them or not?

If you need something quick and right--don't buy from here.

If you have time for the hassle and frustrations associated w/ returns--order from them.

I sure won't make this mistake twice.

The ink does pretty good. The color isn't exactly the same as OEM ink, but for the price, it works just fine for every day printing. I wouldn't use it for photo printing; I would stick to the OEM ink for that. Just make sure that you perform a "deep cleaning cycle" with this new ink before doing any real printing, otherwise you risk clogging the ink jets on the printer heads.

Had a little trouble installing so the lid would shut easily but got it working after 15 min. I had to cut away a small piece of plastic under the lid which looks like it was put there intentionally to make these systems difficult to install. Once that was removed it worked perfectly. I've printed over 100 photos since I bought it and no problems at all. Great value and good quality for the money.

I've had my Epson printer/scanner for 5 years and I once tried a generic brand and it didn't work well in the printer. Although I think it's a bit pricy I've never had a problem with it working well. unlike the generic brand I've never had a problem with the ink flowing right or getting dried out or it simply not working(even though ink is in it). Got suspicious when I received this item in the mail and I saw the ink box surrounded by a big blue tape with Chinese letters, which I had to work around in order to open the box. The cartridge worked OK for about 35 pages, then I got a warning message from my Lexmark printer, saying essentially that I needed to get a genuine Lexmark cartridge in order to guarantee quality of product. Then, 10 pages later, the new cartridge ran out of ink. 45 pages for a new cartridge is a disgrace, and ends up costing me 45 cents per printed page. Very disappointing.
