This is my 3rd purchase form them. Over all great. No problem with quality of printing. The only issue I had was on the last purchase when i pulled the cap off excess ink ran out onto my fingers. May of been my fault. I will however continue to purchase all me cartridges for both my printers from them.

After purchasing and using the Sophia cartridges for my Canon printer, I purchased a couple for the HP printer at my wife's office. The HP printer did not recognize the cartridge so it was not usable for that printer. Now I have two useless replacement black cartridges.
