I ordered the 3 pk CLI8 ink cartridge for CanonMP830 in June but didn't open the yellow cartridge until 2 months later. It had leaked a bit & when I contacted the seller they were fast in responding and promised to ship a replacement cartridge immediately. I received the replacement a few days later. I'm very impressed with the customer service and will buy from them again.
