"Cartridges were to be Brother RETAIL products" as indicated on the description. Instead they were cartridges that were not Brother cartridges but some knock off. Not sure they will work. Don,t advertise that you are filling my order with Brother when you do not. and if by some strange quirk of things they are like an OEM product, SAY they are an OEM product don't sell them as Retail and give something other than what you advertise. that's called bate and switch.

Toner pals only sells compatibles ink cartridges.These are not the authentic brother cartridges I used to buy from Amazon and they are charging the same price for the compatibles....You can buy these for $ 5.95 each from Toner pals and many others......They will work but they are overcharging!!

The product (LC41BK2PKS) provided by TonerPals might be OK. I have no way of knowing. The instruction on the cartridge says do not use if past the expiration date which may be found on the box. But, unlike the advertisement (clearly showing two boxes), the cartridges come without the box and no way to know what the expiration date is. Just a piece of paper saying "New".

This is the third time I have ordered the ink cartridges and they have always worked fine. Also much cheaper than buying at the stores. Several stores in this area do not stock these ink cartridges for the Brothers copiers anymore. Walmart for one. Thank you
