The ink cartridges are empty and it comes in a clear packaging with a label on it that states "Cartridge filled to maximum capacity
Ink level indicator window may prompt cartridge as empty or low
IGNORE & CLOSE THE MESSAGE BOX".
Problem with that is my computer/printer won't allow me to print

I ordered this because I print an enormous amount of papers, reports, and coupons. I do not need the quality to be great. I order two black ink cartridges and received a color and a black. Okay! I will work with that. When I installed in my printer it would not read the cartridges. Finally, I was able to get the black one to work. Amazon refunded half of the purchase price which was great. I will purchase from this company one more time because you can't beat the price!
