First lets separate the company from the cartridge.

Company: I ordered them and received them within 3-4 days, being in bankrupt California with them, that's not surprising. NO qualms with the company.

Cartridges: I've used these same branded cartridges for YEARS, I have been in IT for longer then most have been alive, and have something to say;

If you buy these expecting the same quantity and quality (color) as a Canon branded cartridge like someone here did, then you simply do not understand the idea of reman'ed carts. I'm not going to go into the reasons, but go spend 4 times the money and buy Canon.

With slight adjustment the carts are fine and for the cost what do you want? Gold wrapped?

As far as the lot of them being dry which is common did the customer contact the company? What did they do about it?

I ask as that has happened to me before with another company and when contacted, they PROMPTLY sent out another set. It's more important to me to know what the company is going to do about defective carts they have some just tell me they were and leave me hanging.

I ordered another brand and it was horrid. All the colors were burgundy and I had flyers to generate. A waste of everything! This brand is awesome and the colors are vibrant. I will only order these for my portable Canon.

I purchased the recycled 6-pk. for a Canon Pixma iP-90 portable printer. Not a single one of the black or color ink cartridges worked. 'Nuff said. The ink was partially dried and only one color from the half-dozen carts actually produced a printed result.

I purchased a pack of these and compared them to the original Canon BCI-16 cartridges.

The off brand cartridges were very inconsistent in their color quality from almost no color to about 75% the quality of Canon's brand. I would do everything possible to clean the printer (PIXMIA iP90), add a new off brand cartridge yet still get poor quality. I would immediately remove it and add a Canon cartridge and get great color.

Stick with the manufacturer's original ink cartridges.

Up until recently I've had good luck with my Canon compatible ink tanks. Not so much so with HP laser compatibles. I have already swithced to the more expensive Genuine HP product because the compatibles were messing up my printers. Not worth the savings. Now I seem to be having the same trouble finding compatible ink that works well for my dinosaur non-chipped ink tank canon printers. It is definately worth the extra cost to go genuine, beats replacing print heads prematurly due to running cheap ink through them.

I used to just buy new printers every year or two because it used to be that the ink was so expensive that you were just as well off buying new printers, not to mention that the resolution of the printer was changing to much. We bought our most recent printer about 3 years ago now. A canon injet. It's done nothing short of excellent when printing reports, photos, wedding save-the-dates, and anything else we've thrown at it. It still prints like it's brand new and a lot of that success should be attributed to the ink cartridges doing their job right. This is probably the 10th time we've bought ink for the little workhorse and none of the brink and mortar shops near us even come close to amazon's prices on canon brand ink for our printer.

Certainly cheaper than getting it directly from the manufacturer. I haven't had any smearing/smudging with it. It seems to last just as long as any other official Canon tank I've purchased.

Not impressed with this product. One was leaking ink, two were not recognized by the printer, and my print quality has not been the same since I started using these. You get what you pay for. Next time I will get the brand name.

Cartridges were terribly deficient. One did not fit the slot, the other one did. The other one splurged ink all over our white carpet. HP printer recognized they were refurbished cartridges. What a mess!

I find that using the Origional Printer Cartridges pays off in the quality of the Document. I have had my HP PRINTER for over 4 yrs. and am Quite Satisfied. I have sent Depleted Cartridges all that time.

Word of warning if you're looking to replace your 88-style cartridges on an older HP printer. Check if you are better off just replacing your entire printer. I replaced my cartridges with this purchase and ever since, I've been fighting with the print heads failing. Those are an additional $150-200 investment, so at this point the old printer is going out for the yard sale (with these brand new cartridges) and a new one is in the works from Costco.

These cartridges worked well and were worth the price than buying packs individually or even double packs. Compeare prices and see. Even if you don't print alot they stay preserved in their aluminum packaging for a later date.

These cartridges worked awesome! And getting a complete set for 25 was a steal! Didn't have any problems with the cartridges however, the printer kept telling me they were empty, and that even though they were genuine HP cartridges, that they were refilled and being used again. This isn't a problem just print until they completely run out. Which is what I did and they worked fine.

These were shipped fast and worked great! Will recommend again.

Imagine that there is a minus sign preceding the one star rating. This is shown with a large "black", which you will not recieve, at least we did not. Save your money, spend it elsewhere, I unfortunately have procrastinated and am not able to return it. Need it desprately so will go ahead and use it, I hope this review will help someone else not get ripped off!

Received items as expected, a little late but was due to holydays. Performance is good, so far working as an original HP cartridge with only one inconvenience.

Items are advertised to come with chip but for some reason my Officejet 8500A Premium does not detect the Ink level in this new cartridge.

And that is the reason why I dont rate it with a 5 stars.

So far the cartridge had worked exactly as it should. The ink levels cannot be determined once this cartridge is used but that is standard for any replacement that is not purchased directly from an HP manufacturer. However the printing has been exactly the same as was with the original HP cartridge that came with the printer. Cannot state number of prints per cartridge yet because cartridge was just installed. Seller was great, cartridges arrived much earlier than estimated. Arrived within few days of order. By far best price of all remanufactured cartridges I found online.

I thought I would try these out. They were more than half the price of new ones so why not? You do have to put up with the printer telling you that the ink is low every now and then but that is not much of a bother when you consider the money you saved. They print just as good and new HP cartriges do. I just printed some pictures the other day and they were very good.

The product description said that this ink cartridge is new, but I'm not sure it is. First it did not come in the original HP packaging like pictured. It came in a plain white box with the ink cartridge wrapped in bubble wrap. Also, the cartridge has a small metal nozzle where the ink comes out, this nozzle had dry ink on it which leads me to believe that it was refilled. The cartridge case had scratches on it, kind of like it had been in a printer before. The only reason that I gave it 2 stars is that I have not tried it yet, it may work just fine, we'll see. Either way, I don't believe it's new. UPDATE!! I tried this cartridge and it did not work. The printer said that the cartridge was empty. Good thing that I bought more new ones from a more reputable dealer. My advise, don't waste your money on these, they are NOT new as listed and probably will not work. I lowered my rating to one star.

Was the first time getting an ink cart that wasn't new (and overpriced). Since I couldn't find any 83's at the store, I took a chance on this. When looking at the product though it may not fit but IT DID FIT without issue. Installed it... At first it only printed the blue ink on the test page but the Product included a nice advisement about "running the lexmark printer cleaning utility" of the printer. After running the utility it printed nicely and in all colors. If I need more of these I know where to get some.

To my surrise it arrived within a couple of days of ordering. The cartridge was wrapped in plastic and in a box as usual, and all was in a manilla bubble package, so it arrived in good condition. The cartridge didn't work at first, but I went to the Lexmark website and troubleshooted the problem, which turned out to be user error. (FYI: With a Lexmark x6170, you have to let it know if you're reinstalling the old cartridge or if it's a brand new cartridge. I had put the old cartridge back in and selected NEW, so my bad) But it's up and running now. I rated the product four stars since this is my first cartridge with this manufacture, I don't know how long or how well it will work in the long run, but so far so good. The colors are vibrant and true.

If you want to buy both #57 and #58 cartridges at once, this combo pack is a no brainer, it's nearly 30% cheaper than buying them individually. And of course, you get the bonus photo paper. One previous reviewer mentions these cartridges have lesser capacity than individual #57 and #58, not true at all. These ara the exact same cartridges as the individual packed ones and has the same 17ml capacity. And they provide the same yield, I've used both types.

I mostly print commercially, but like the option of printing a few things on the fly at home. Very happy with the results with my HP setup.

This combo pack provides great value cheaper than buying the two cartridges individually, and you get 100 sheets of Premium Plus High Gloss 4x6 photo paper with tabs thrown in.

What I'm less sure about is whether the cartridges are the same ones sold individually the box states "One HP57 and one HP58 ink cartridge customized for for 100 sheet HP Photo Value Pack". What does that really mean? The part numbers on the individual cartridges (CB267A and CB270A) provided here are different from the standalone part numbers. Might not mean anything, but HP could do itself a favor and clarify this for customers.

Regardless, the value provided by the pack is unbeatable.

Great deal for the price. The cartridges usually print 130-140 pictures so you'll get some extra life out of them after finishing off the paper that is included.
