Cartridges were terribly deficient. One did not fit the slot, the other one did. The other one splurged ink all over our white carpet. HP printer recognized they were refurbished cartridges. What a mess!

the printer rejected it and it leaked. I had to buy OEM inks. Other off brand inks did work in another printer I have.

We received them promptly,and they work quite well. I haven't used refurbished cartridge before but tease seam to work as well as new ones .
