The one star is because one out of the four cartridges arrived already leaked in its own package ... this order was fullfilled by Amazon ... this item gets very little amazon support ... its a pitty that amazon doesn't mark the item level of support that way ... I could just avoid ordering all together

Huge dent in the side of the cartridges. Hard to get them to seat properly. Put it in and out five or six times and it still keeps saying to remove and check.

I ALWAYS buy by ink cartridges from Amazon primarily because it is so easy, it is a good quality and value especially with free shipping and I receive it quickly in the mail.

I like to order my next cartridge when I load one in my printer so I don't run out. Ordering from home with the box in hand means I don't have to write down the number of the cartridge I need. There are too many different ink cartridges in the retail office stores. If you do find it, you have to take a coupon to the cashier, wait in line, then wait for them to bring the item. Often I spend additional time and gas going to one or more stores or I forget about it until I have an emergency printing project.

I found that buying the proper cartridge rather than refillable ones makes dollars and sense for me. I also take the empty cartridge to Office Depot when shopping for other office supplies and get money back for recyclying my cartridge.

Out of habit I bought this at local Staples for $43.99 + 8.375% sales tax. Even after $3.00 old cartridge redemption final cost was $44.42 just about $10.00 over Amazon.

I've only had this cartridge for a couple of weeks so I can't verify it's durability but it prints exactly the same as the more expensive ones you get from the big stores.

I really like the B&W pack. Great for artistic shots.

Nice tone quality if you use it correctly. Photoshop and Iphoto does print a little bit darker. You can tweak them in both applications. However importing them as is to Indesign does bring out better tonality. Without all the tweaking.

I ordered these Lexmark printer cartridges as an alternative to paying the exhorbant amount that is charged for new, name brand ones. They seem to work fine for the first several weeks and then just recently they seem to print rather green. I printed out a home sale agreement which should be black but it was all green. I print out coupons regularly, and even the colored pictures seem to have a strong green hue. This isn't a huge issue for me because most of the time the exact color of what I'm printing isn't important, but if it were, this would be unexceptable. However, considering what I paid for them compared to regular price, I'm reasonably satisfied.

The deal on these is great but unfortunately they put a real low amount of ink in these. I was skeptical about buying ink re manufactured and i guess i was right. What i did was buy a ink refill kit on ebay and just refill these up(they already had the required holes in them being re manufactured, though covered by stickers).

The refilling went along pretty well and seemed like it would work but the my printer didnt recognize the cartridges anymore for some reason. I probably did something wrong but still its not worth the effort, i think its just better to buy these things new and save your self the time.

I bought this product to replace my ink cartidges last time (I've always purchased the name brand before) and after printing twice with this ink, my printer has died. The code says that the printer heads are bad. I've tried cleaning the heads, even purchased new name brand ink, and sadly will be buying a new printer this weekend. Coincidence you say...well my dad had the exact same experience I did (we bought our ink at the same time) and ended up buying a new printer last week. I wouldn't recommend this product at all!!!

We use our printer for normal day-to-day printing. We rarely do any photo-printing and havent since installing these cartridges.

So far color prints look great. Again this is on normal printer paper on normal mode.

Where the OEMs don't seem to fill the cartridges, a few of these cartridges were overfilled so be sure to wear gloves and protect the floor and furnishings when installing these cartridges. While annoying, I'd rather they be overfilled than under.

Received items as expected, a little late but was due to holydays. Performance is good, so far working as an original HP cartridge with only one inconvenience.

Items are advertised to come with chip but for some reason my Officejet 8500A Premium does not detect the Ink level in this new cartridge.

And that is the reason why I dont rate it with a 5 stars.

So far the cartridge had worked exactly as it should. The ink levels cannot be determined once this cartridge is used but that is standard for any replacement that is not purchased directly from an HP manufacturer. However the printing has been exactly the same as was with the original HP cartridge that came with the printer. Cannot state number of prints per cartridge yet because cartridge was just installed. Seller was great, cartridges arrived much earlier than estimated. Arrived within few days of order. By far best price of all remanufactured cartridges I found online.

I thought I would try these out. They were more than half the price of new ones so why not? You do have to put up with the printer telling you that the ink is low every now and then but that is not much of a bother when you consider the money you saved. They print just as good and new HP cartriges do. I just printed some pictures the other day and they were very good.

The drum was fine but you need to reprogram the printer to use the unit. It looks like DELL included a code in the printer to prevent use of compatible drum units, so you order from DELL at tripple the cost of Amazon.com
