Works find for my Dell 1720DN printer. Easy to install. I basically just replace it with the old one and it started doing it's job.

The drum was fine but you need to reprogram the printer to use the unit. It looks like DELL included a code in the printer to prevent use of compatible drum units, so you order from DELL at tripple the cost of Amazon.com

Great replacement for the OEM drums in my Dell 1720 units. Pumped out at least 400 pages already and they all look as good as they did when the printer was brand new.

I would not buy this drum from this supplier again. When I installed, my printer made noises like a thrashing machine. Needless to say this drum which is not oem does not work!

JUST after the return period expired, it started making a mess on the page excess toner all over, clicking sounds coming from the printer absolutely un-useable.; I can't tell if it's the Drum or the Toner cartridges that I purchased at the same time: Will be throwing both out and will never buy here again
