Purchased this product in November 2012 it started skipping print within 2 weeks. I've been using this product for roughly 45 days and now I can't get a decent copy to save my neck. I won't buy the cheapest one I can find again. Tis tru.... you get what you pay for.

Item arrived packaged well, looked promising. Inserted it into my new printer (HP P2055dn), printed a few pages then it happened. All pages had toner all over them, opened my printer to find toner everywhere! I should have taken the other reviews that listed similar issues to heart. Don't buy this item.

PrintPayLess inks work flawlessly in my Epson Artisan 810 printer! My printer has 6 individual ink cartridges in it (Cyan, Light Cyan, Yellow, Black, Magenta, Light Magenta). If I buy Epson OEM retail cartridge packages from Epson it costs me $60-$70 a set. Black always runs out before the color cartridges. I can't afford $10-$12 per cartridge. I do more than the average printing with my printer so I needed to find a cost-effective way of getting the ink cartridges refilled without having to pay high retail prices.

PrintPayLess refillable ink cartridges fill the bill for me! The cost of a refillable ink cartridge system from PrintPayLess costs about half of what a set of 6 cartridges from Epson costs. And Epson's cartridges are non-refillable. You have to pay retail for each cartridge.

Printer lists that the cartridge has 'failed', and will not print with it in place. Not compatible, or faulty, I guess. Certainly not good value. Beware.

I choose these ink cartridges for the price. I would make sure that you order more than one. Every so often, one of the cartridges just won't work. Because of the value, returning them would be costly. Hopefully, the vendor will see this and just ship a few to me for being honest.

The product description said that this ink cartridge is new, but I'm not sure it is. First it did not come in the original HP packaging like pictured. It came in a plain white box with the ink cartridge wrapped in bubble wrap. Also, the cartridge has a small metal nozzle where the ink comes out, this nozzle had dry ink on it which leads me to believe that it was refilled. The cartridge case had scratches on it, kind of like it had been in a printer before. The only reason that I gave it 2 stars is that I have not tried it yet, it may work just fine, we'll see. Either way, I don't believe it's new. UPDATE!! I tried this cartridge and it did not work. The printer said that the cartridge was empty. Good thing that I bought more new ones from a more reputable dealer. My advise, don't waste your money on these, they are NOT new as listed and probably will not work. I lowered my rating to one star.

It's harder and harder to find these Prebate toners. Aftermarket toners often leak and cause more trouble than they are worth. If you value your printer stay with OEM toners such as this and stay away from third party supplies. I wasn't careful enough this time. This description is misleading. I purchased this set of cartridges for a friend's R1900 printer so she could print out some images I needed which are too large for my 8 1/2 x 11 printer. Based on the description including the word "complete" I believed we would have everything we needed. But there is one cartridge missing from this set. The missing cartridge is the "gloss optimizer" cartridge. Perhaps the gloss optimizer is not considered "ink" and that's why the seller calls this a "complete set." But be advised that if you buy this set YOU WILL NOT HAVE ALL THE CARTRIDGES YOU NEED. Note: There is nothing wrong with the cartridges I did receive. They are OEM and, after buying the gloss optimizer separately, they work perfectly. That's why I gave it three stars.

I'm really disappointed that the Epson Complete Ink Cartridge Set is NOT a complete kit. I've bought this kit so many times in the past and it always included Gloss Optimizer cartridges, but somehow Adorama does not have it in their kit...
