Unlike what they said about the product, this ink cartridge is no good for Canon i850. The print out is erratic with this cartridge. They sent me a replacement, but the same problem persists. I shipped both cartridges back. I paid $1.90 for shipping the cartridges back. They refused to pay me the shipping charge of $1.90. They are the one responsible for advertising incompatible merchandise on amazon.com website. Why should I pay the shipping charge of $1.90 when it was their fault?
