I just started school, on Jan 7, 2013. I ordered this ink on Dec 11, and it was delivered right before Christmas, of which I left Virginia headed toward Texas (by car 26 hour drive/we did stop overnight to sleep) and returned home on December 30, 2012.

I've used this printer, very little had not reason to print anything! Yet my ink level is below half!!! I am having a fit, because the ink for this printer cannot be refilled ( I just found out the local Walgreen's nor Office Max can fill a Canon cartridge) so I'd have to spend almost $40-$50 to buy more!!!

This is the first for me and I've owned this printer for over 6 months, used it all of last semester and my ink then lasted until I ordered this batch and I'm almost out of ink, meaning at this pace, I'd have to order ink every month! I can't afford that!!! What is up with this ink! And, BTW...I try to use black and white most of the time in my printing and the color is just about 2/3 low as well!!! I am incensed!

What can you say about an ink cartridge? Only that it's a shame that it's cheaper to by a new printer than it is to buy two cartridges. I have bought and given away printers to friends because I can buy them cheaper than I can the cartridges.

I had good luck using Calidad refills for the black cartridge, but not the color so gambled on these. Only put the color in, printer immediately stopped flashing 'low ink' on the color which was a good sign. Once it got to printing, I immediately was impressed. Did not have to do any cleaning/alignment, any of that business. Just straight out-of-the-box great print. Cannot yet speak to it's longevity but plan on working it hard soon :).

So far, I have used only the black cartridge. It works just as well as new Canon cartridges. My computer still reads it as "low ink". But it works nicely. Have not used the color yet. But, I would like to be able to buy 2 black cartridges instead of one black and one color.

Word of warning if you're looking to replace your 88-style cartridges on an older HP printer. Check if you are better off just replacing your entire printer. I replaced my cartridges with this purchase and ever since, I've been fighting with the print heads failing. Those are an additional $150-200 investment, so at this point the old printer is going out for the yard sale (with these brand new cartridges) and a new one is in the works from Costco.

Toner all over contacts and everything when I opened it. Cartridge would not work no matter what I tried, kept giving the message: 'Remove Shipping Lock'. I removed it as soon as it was out of the box, cleaned the contacts, swapped it with another cartridge etc... Same results. Sent back for a refund, the same day I got it.

I have a HP laserjet printer and each cartridge, 5 altogether, is $120 in the store. This was definitely a steal! The product works great and I have been using it for months. I will definitely use it again when I run out. It gives you about 1500 pages though!

Despite many on-line sources that say HP printers will not allow use of a re-manufactured / refilled ink cartridge, I thought I'd give these a try.

No luck. When these re-manufactured inks were installed on my printer, the printer gives the same error as if there was no ink cartridge installed and fails to print anything. If I switch back to the empty HP brand, the cartridges are recognized immediately. Pretty obvious that it's a problem with the cartridges.

So, if you order these I think it will be hit or miss. Not the sellers fault, though a disclaimer on the product page would be in order since this is a well documented issue for a large percentage of consumers.

HP should be taken to court for employing practices that prevent affordable ink refills. My future printers will NOT be HP, and that's coming from an HP Friends & Family discount holder!

The best price I could find on line and this is also an old printer it but works great so I am glad I can keep printing away and find the cartridges and not have to replace the work horse.

I have two machines that use this cartridge. One of the machines has been using this cartridge for about 4,000 pages, and it still works. When I put the cartridge in the second machine, it started using excess toner (visible) on one side of the paper. But a few extra swipes with the corona wire cleaner seemed to take care of it. At the price these cartridges are available, this is so much more economical than OE.

Toner prints a light gray draft like text/graphic quality.

If you want OEM dark black printing do not buy this toner.

I guess to make this product as cheap as possible they really cut the print quality.

While the first few pages came out with some streaks on them, this toner has turned out to look great after around 50 pages. At this point, I can't tell any difference between it and the Brother 750. For about 20% of the price of the OEM cartridge, this is a heck of a bargain.

Will try to update when it runs out to see if it lasts as long, but for now, I'm buying another one to have on hand.

Supposedly when an Hp60XL cartridge is full it can print out up to 600 pages. And a regular cartridge which I have used before goes up to 200 easily. However, this re-manufactured one didn't even last 50 pages. Well the fact that your printer accepts the cartridge is good but when you buy a re-manufactured XL one, you expect it to last around 500 pages.

These ink cartridges were the best deal I ever got! This Brother printer is such a pain. It seems like every time you use it it tells you one of the ink cartridges is low or empty and since there are 4 of them it can be torturesome. Anyway, last time this happened I ran to Staples to get my refill and it was $15 for each color and $25 for black. I got cheap, and purchased a $20 refill kit which said it would work with Brother cartridges. (It didn't work with this model!) So I checked out Amazon and found 14 cartridges for $15 and free shipping if you spend $25. So I ordered another set of 12 for $10 to hit $25 and I now have enough inkjets to last me a long time. They work perfectly, fit perfectly, and gave me no issues at all. I am thrilled with my purchase and will check this site to refill all my other inkjet needs in the future.

this ink cartridge arrived without the pictured box, in a crumpled though intact foil wrapper, printed with with a feb. 09 use date. anyone who would put a cartridge of that age into a printer would have to be taking a huge chance on fouling it up. if this is typical of the seller, i'd stay far away. also, i requested a refund about a week ago and have not had any response. i'll happily retyrn the item if the seller wants it.

The original Canon ink can become expensive if your doing a lot of printing. We do both high quality printing and a lot of printing that does not require high tech printer quality. We thought we would give this ink a try. These seem to work very good for the Canon Pro9000 Mark II Printer, There is an LED light in side the regular Canon Brand that these don't have or it don't work, But the fluid levels on our computer works, it shows how full each color level is, so the electronic chip in the ink cartridge works ok with the printer. The colors seem to be print great with the other colors, can not see any difference in color printing.

These cartridges are FAKE absolutely. It took about two hours to get to put them in place. When you print black it looks rather kind of green; not one sigle print has come out right. Both, color and blank ink printing is horrible. Dont't buy them because they are chaep. They are in fact cheap because they are fake. It was a waste of money.

Thank goodness, a reasonably priced ink cartridge for my Epson printer. Have used 3 of the 4 colors now without a problem. I was always hesitant about using off brand cartridges, being afraid they'd clog the printer, but as I say "so far so good". Hope the guys who make & sell this don't change the formula or the price. This product worked just as advertised. I recommend watching the YouTube video to get a better feel for the installation process. For me it was quick painless and stills works after 6 months of college papers. You can also reinstall the plastic ball on the ink cartridge and not use the black plunger. the ball snaps right back into place

Although the kit is very good and the instructions are included, the instructions could use more clarification... I did not know that there was a ball to remove from the top and thought I just had to drill a hole. Might have damaged my cartridge but maybe not. Anyway, ink tanks still work.
