this ink cartridge arrived without the pictured box, in a crumpled though intact foil wrapper, printed with with a feb. 09 use date. anyone who would put a cartridge of that age into a printer would have to be taking a huge chance on fouling it up. if this is typical of the seller, i'd stay far away. also, i requested a refund about a week ago and have not had any response. i'll happily retyrn the item if the seller wants it.

I had been purchasing the refilled color cartridges and they stopped working after a few printings so I have returned to buying the name brand for my printer again. I have never had a failure with these inks.
