Toner all over contacts and everything when I opened it. Cartridge would not work no matter what I tried, kept giving the message: 'Remove Shipping Lock'. I removed it as soon as it was out of the box, cleaned the contacts, swapped it with another cartridge etc... Same results. Sent back for a refund, the same day I got it.

I have a HP laserjet printer and each cartridge, 5 altogether, is $120 in the store. This was definitely a steal! The product works great and I have been using it for months. I will definitely use it again when I run out. It gives you about 1500 pages though!
