I ignored the warnings posted here and took a chance. Don't do it. This re-manufactured cartridge worked for about 50 pages after which my CANON MP150 printer would not recognize the cartridge. Worse, I couldn't even scan documents.

After receiving these cartridges they worked for approx 35 days (in light usage) then suddenly my Canon printer (less than 1 year old) wouldn't recognize either of them and refused to print. The printer refused to recognize the other two cartridges as well.(we bought 4 at time of purchase)

The problem now is it worked just long enough to not be returnable, and we're stuck with $79.00 worth of useless crap. BUYERS BEWARE!

I thought these might be ok, even tho the color quality wasn't quite up to the manufacturer's brand and I was warned that my printer might not be able to tell how full they were. Boy, was I wrong! I probably have not printed 10 documents using colored ink and it started to print blank pictures. None of these were photos or had heavy graphics...just regular web pages, recipes, etc. I went thru all the printer's check list and cleaning processes and ended up buying the name brand cartridge, which worked fine as soon as I put it in. I also got rid of the black at the same time, since there was no way of knowing how much longer it would last. These cartridges were a total rip off and I'll neve waste money buying refilled cartridges again! There is nothing I could recommend about these low price, zero quality ink cartridges.

It really is hit or miss with these re-manufactured products. Most of the time I have been pleasantly surprised but if you get one that just doesn't work hope you have a good company to back the product up. This is when company ratings are extra important! Still have saved hundreds hands down! Update(10/18/2012) I have purchased over 20 cartridges over the last 2 1/2 years and had a bad one and another maybe not filled to capacity. The bad one was replaced immediately at no extra cost and I didn't argue the second. I am still saving a lot of money from the high priced originals. The trick is to order backup or always have some on hand; your inconvenience is then minimized. Hope this helps you decide.

The experience of the first time purchase was very good. The products was working well. After that, the color inks did not work. The second time I bought color inks, my printer seemed to have a error. I thought my printer was broken, and had it repaired, but finally found nothing wrong with the computer. The third time I bought color ink of this brand, the error did not show up on the printer, but only after a few days there were no color ink came out. Black ink are all good, and I am still using them.

I ordered a lexmark 16 and 26 set of cartridges for my old lexmark Z33 and the seller sent me a set of these 28 and 29s. I, of course have no use for them and the dealer wont respond to emails and Amazon told me that I ordered them and that there is nothing they can do even though I tried to tell the apparently extremely foreign customer support person that I did not purchase these cartridges but that I tried to purchase another set. Usually, well almost universally, Amazon is a great place to purchase items, but I got royally porked on this purchase and I cant even do a chargeback on my card as it was part of another purchase and when I contacted my card company I got ahold of Akhmeds cousin I think as I couldn't make clear enough my problem to get a partial chargeback!!! The black (28) didn't work in my printer. Kept telling me to do an alignment, I skipped it, then out of no where it was telling me that it was an incorrect cartridge. I had to go buy one from the store, the exact same brand and number (28), and it worked. You are better off getting one from a store that you walk into so you don't waste your time waiting around for a shipment that may not work properly.

worst crap ever. These inks suck. I have been getting results with epson ink and replacement/refill inks from a company whos' product has been discontinued that are as good or better than any professional printer on earth. LD products wasted my time, materials and to add insult to injury, made me pay for return postage which defeated the purpose of buying inexpensive replacement cartridges. I cant tell any difference from cannon ink. I don't print a lot of photographs. They had shipped a couple leakers that were contained in the individual plastic envelopes but quickly sent me replacements without hesitation. I'm on my second 10 pack now and they haven't harmed a thing.

This remanufactured ink is much better than others that I have tried. It prints clean enough versus other ink that leaves streaks and run out quickly. I am happy with this product especially since it actually works and is so much cheaper than buying new ink cartridges.

I tried this ink for my Epson printer cause the description that it uses recycled material and is less expensive than the Epson cartridges appealed to me. It arrived timely but when we first started to use it in the printer the sheets came out with streaks and a little lower quality than the Epson ink I purchased in the past. We had to clean the ink-head numerous times before the streaks disappeared.

At the moment we only used on cartridge and I will still use the other ones that came, especially since we print mainly for home use and not for any professional use, but I am unsure if I would purchase this again.

This Eforcity black print cartridge is a terrible piece of kit.

Installed it, and in four pages, my printer heads got completely clogged.

Try printing out a letter to loved one...blank.

Pictures of my new design to hang on the wall...blank.

This ink doesn't seem to mix well with the original HP colors, so your heads clog up.

Cleaned the ink heads, FIVE times already, and my printer is still clogged. That's a lot of wasted ink. Next time, I'm going with another brand, or maybe even an original HP.

Eforcity = Clogged print heads = useless printer = waste of valuable time & hard earned money.

Save yourself the pain & frustration. Buy something else.

ordered this cartridge a few times, twice it worked ok (not great quality, but acceptable), but the 3rd cartridge failed after printing 2 pages. I tried to contact Eforcity, but no one ever got back to me. Go with the real ones, it's worth it in the long run.

I was hopeful with this purchase as my experience with Amazon has been excellent. However, when I received the items and tried to install the new cartridges jammed in my machine and made an awful noise. once you start the replacement process it cycles through all the colors so i could not go back. the cartridges made an awful grinding noise with every calibration from the first unit. I then took a chance and tried to print and with the aweful noise the print was crap, half the colors did not even work.

Very disappointed!!

I have found a setting that I use all the time on my printer for the Gloss Optimizer Ink. On the Advanced setting for Printer Defaults, make sure the Gloss window is on Auto instead of Full. Those are the two settings.

Consumption is probaly two gloss to one ink on average, thankfully four gloss catridges are included in this package. The gloss optimizer definitely serves a purpose as gloss differential is virtually eliminated when gloss is set to full in print settings. You can set gloss to Full/Auto/None so you do have some control over how much is consumed.

I was reluctant to order a refurbished toner cartridge after some bad experiences in the past. Unfortunately, I have an older printer and I'm having a harder time finding these cartridges at a reasonable price. So far, this cartridge seems to work well! No blue streaks on my printed pages. I've used cheaper options for toner cartridges in the past, some with success and some without. But based on the reviews from others I decided to give these a try. Shipping was unbelievably fast. Once installed, the printer recognized the new cartridges immediately (one black and one Cyan) and a test page confirmed that everything was working properly.

works as advertized, solved my streaking problem with my old cartridge. Unfortunately HP doesn't allow you to just remove the color cartridges and keep the black one... that would be too economical, of course this has nothing to do with the product reviewed though.
