It's good ink. If you have an HP inkjet printer and don't use it frequently, as I don't, I can say I've never had one cartridge go dry on me or become clogged from disuse. Off-brand ink, at least what I've bought before, also work well, but I'm not sure about their fade resistance.

This had to be refurbished because it doesn't deliver the color quality I normally get. It says it's in retail packaging but that's not the point. There's no reds or ochre hues in this cartridge. I'll have to buy my cartridges more carefully from now on.

I was very disappointed in this product. It seemed to be fine at first but soon I started to see white lines through the printed text. I ran the nozzle check and it showed breaks in black and all colors so I ran the head cleaning utility (a process that uses a lot of ink). It then seemed to be fine again but by the next day the problems were back and I had to run the head cleaning utiliy again in order to print the documents I needed. To date, I have repeated this process eight to ten times. I can't even consider trying to print any photos because entire colors may not print.

I've never purchased remanufactured ink before, so I was hesitant to make this purchase. However, for the Epson CX6600 this cartridge works perfectly fine. Considering it is about $40 cheaper than the Epson version, I'd say it is a great buy.

This individual yellow cartridge has proven useful. For every 3 or 4 sets of the other colours I use, I need an extra yellow for some strange reason. But that is the great thing about these individual cartridges, you replace what you use, not all of the colours at once.

This is a Brother product, not something just compatible. It goes in and out easily and is tightly wrapped in plastic to avoiding any drying out...just a great product and an added bonus of being less than at any office supply near me.

high quality genuine cartridge, that's all I can say. At this price, it's a great deal. Just want to share some tips how to save money on ink. Brother printer is pretty easy to setup and replace cartridge. I don't know if you noticed that the cartridge edge that is facing inside, there is a transparent "windows" so that you can see how much ink left in the cartridge. YOu can use duct tape to block the window. The printer will keep printing untill all ink are used up. I choose brother printer is because the genuine ink is cheaper and long term cost is lower. I didn't know you can trick printer to save ink even more.

It's a problem with most inkjet printers--the cartridges never seem to last very long and they're not exactly cheap to replace. Then, if you do find them for a reasonable price, you have to hope you're not getting an old or defective product. I didn't have any problems with this cartridge while I had the printer (I've since replaced it).

It really is hit or miss with these re-manufactured products. Most of the time I have been pleasantly surprised but if you get one that just doesn't work hope you have a good company to back the product up. This is when company ratings are extra important! Still have saved hundreds hands down! Update(10/18/2012) I have purchased over 20 cartridges over the last 2 1/2 years and had a bad one and another maybe not filled to capacity. The bad one was replaced immediately at no extra cost and I didn't argue the second. I am still saving a lot of money from the high priced originals. The trick is to order backup or always have some on hand; your inconvenience is then minimized. Hope this helps you decide.

Black ink are all good, and I am still using them.

Came 5 days earlier then expected. It didn't come with a manual, but YouTube has several videos that shows how to install. I didn't need to see them to get started. It was very easy. The cartridge work like originals and each ink tanks hold 4 times more ink than the cartridge. It comes with one tank per each color. Cartridge are completely full of ink and tanks also, plus the for bottles of ink of 100ml each. Ink is also a very good quality and prints very beautiful even colors. I am using it for a Brother printer that uses LC61 cartridges.

Had a Brother MFC-490CW sitting around here unused, inks were empty for about 2 years. Was looking for a CIS system for my Epson Workforce 1100 (bought one from another seller) and saw this one prefilled and with 4 extra bottles of ink.

Was cheaper than going to the local office store and buying oem carts to see IF the Brother all in one would still print after sitting idle almost 2 years.

Happy to report this cis system arrived in good time, hooked it up and started printing right away to my surprize.

Scanned and printed some stuff and the colors look good. LOTS more ink than the tiny oem carts.

We will see how long they last color wise, but for basic everyday office/kids homework type printing you Can't go wrong buying this setup, should last ALOT longer with all the inks included.

Will pay for itself in Savings over buying the oem carts thats for sure. You have Saved Cash over the little oem ink carts just by buying this system the very first time.

Install instructions are typical china instructions. (LACKING Clear info.) As usual for them.

Watch a few youtube vids on installing CIS or CISS systems and you get the idea, on this all in one printer, it's real EASY to install, the ink carts plug in in front and don't move back and forth for this printer model.

I'll Never run another printer on ripoff oem inks ever again.

The printer recognized these cartridges fine, but the colors are rather muddy, so I suspect the quality control on given batches is not very tight. I'm not using it for high quality color prints, so it will suffice for now.

I received the ink faster than expected but the black cartridge did not work. I tried cleaning the heads with the printer utility but that didn't work. I ordered this product with hesitation because it is not a Lexmark brand or well known brand. I received the package after date of expected arrival. One of the cartridges ink was running of the cartridge into the packaging. The magenta and cyan color cartridges once installed did not have the color quality when I printed. The good news in this review is that I contacted Amazon, they provided me with the vendors contact info. I contacted the vendor and explained to them what had occurred and the responded quickly, replaced the product.

I have a Canon MP240 that this went into. The XL carts are more than 2x the ink for a 40% increase in cost. They are the best value of all my color printers refills. This cartridge lasted over 2x the previous normal size one.

My review is the same as the black cartridge. It's way too expensive for what it is, but that seems to be the 21st century trade off for a good but inexpensive printer. I like my Canon MX340... great printer and inexpensive. BUT if I did high volume printing I'd definately go with a much more expensive printer that advertised low cartridge prices. I only paid 80 dollars for the printer, which is excellent, but about every 3 months I pay another 60 dollars to replace the ink. And I don't do THAT much printing.

These folks did get right on my order and it was received on or possibly ahead of schedule.

It appears to be the same as stock PB ink, but about $20 less.

We did have a problem once when we were using another company's ink but whether the problem

was that ink or the PB stamp machine I couldn't say for sure,

but I guess I should say that PB stood behind the repair... but blamed the ink!

SECOND TIME AROUND A YEAR LATER:

Not wanting to cause a problem with my PB machine I returned again this year to buy 2 more cartridges for the same price $35+ intentionally avoiding the very cheap "compatible" cartridges. Urgency was important as the office had waited to long to reorder and we were out of ink. What did I get... well it was not what I ordered! Two grey cartridges stating "replaces Pitny Bowes". Perhaps they are great, better than original for all I know, but I don't have time to mess around and must now find "original" PB cartridges somewhere else TODAY.... thanks a lot Discount Supply Company, but simply accepting the return of the product does not solve my problem today... insert expletive here.

If you have a Color LaserJet 9500, this is really the only cartridge you can safely buy with no reservations. In the original box, it performs very well. We used to buy the print head cleaner value pack, but have found that the heads work well enough that you don't have to replace them with every print cartridge.
