I received the ink faster than expected but the black cartridge did not work. I tried cleaning the heads with the printer utility but that didn't work. I came back a couple days later and tried to print something in black and white and for some reason it worked. I ordered this product with hesitation because it is not a Lexmark brand or well known brand. I received the package after date of expected arrival. One of the cartridges ink was running of the cartridge into the packaging. The magenta and cyan color cartridges once installed did not have the color quality when I printed. I was very disappointed.The good news in this review is that I contacted Amazon, they provided me with the vendors contact info. I contacted the vendor and explained to them what had occurred and the responded quickly, replaced the product.
