This was a good purchase for me. The kids print out a lot of papers at our house, so we tend to use more black than color ink. The Tri Pack saved me money and worked great!

This is a great ink refilling kit that really does as advertised. I was able to refill my Dell Photo All-In-One Printer 922 without much trouble even though there wasn't instructions for that particular model.

Bought this to refill a Lexmark Z33. #1 I couldn't drill a hole into the cartridge with the little hand drill they give you: use a power drill. #2 Be patient. Just keep following the directions: soak the cartridge head in water as instructed if you have to: It may take a while to get the cartridge going again but it finally worked for me.

This item works as advertised. I'm using it on a canon printer. Don't let the inker get too low or the (low ink window) will keep popping up every time you print something. It is a little messy. While filling the cartridge from above the inker will leak from the bottom a little. It's not a big deal, just something to be aware of. I should get about 6 or 7 refills out of this. Now printing is fairly cheap.

An incredible amount of fluid for such a small amount of money! Easy to use.

One thing, be very careful that your ink cartridge will 'allow' you to use refilled ink. Lexmark really rips off people with there specially licensed cartridges that somehow register the cartridge in the printer and know if it is dead. The industry is like that, so research before you get frustrated!

I didn't get the ones that I ordered but my help opened thebox and one cartridge but it didn't fit so then she saw it was the wrong ones. So now I have canon 8 cartridges thatI can't use.I have a mx 870 copier, I need the 220 bk and 221colors,the picture shows the right ones also.

These cartridges are terrible. Packaging was different than picture showed. Same size cartridges and ink part numbers so must work right? Not so! We rarely print in color so the real problem did not surface until more than a month after installing three of the color cartridges. Should have known something was up when removing the protective seal and ink dripped out onto my desk and hands. These are not producing color print jobs at all. Don't waste your money on these.

The ones I received are not OEM genuine ink as stated or pictured. These came from SHOP BLAKE. I haven't tried them out yet but they do not look like OEM CANON cartridges and appear to be refills. I hope they work, if not I will be asking for a refund. If they work great, they were reasonable price but not OEM like advertised.....

After about two weeks, the red disappeared. More than half of the ink is left and there is no red. Terrible and not worth the money.

Lexmark ink is WAY overpriced, and after suffering through ordering it WAY more than my last Epson that died (Lexmark was free with a laptop -now I know why) I decided to buy a new Epson and in a few short months have already saved HUNDREDS of dollars in ink usage. If you have a Lexmark -GET RID OF IT NOW. Epson printers are less expensive, the ink lasts longer, and the printing definition is WAY better, and the Epson will not use PAGES of ink to "prime" and "align". WHAT A SCAM!!!

I purchased this because of its low cost compared to Canon ink tanks and have used only one of the 10 ink tanks to date. The quality is good enough for printing. I haven't tried printing photographs yet. When I installed it my printer gave me a message I had a wrong print head though I have the original one in the printer. I took the ink tank out and put it back in again and it has worked since. If the next tank causes that to happen I'd see that as a small inconvenience for the money I saved.

Some of the cartridges, even though they are full, just won't produce the right ink flow to get good colors. I never have had the problem with OEM Canon cartridges. But at these prices, and since they come with chips, it's not a problem to discard them and use another. Too bad the ink can't be taken out and put in a good cartridge.

Ink cartridges get used up, make sure you have spares or you are stuck with a boat anchor and no printer. These worked fine.

I was not sure about this, because I had read that Epson is making it so their ink is the only ink that will work in their printers. I had done ink refilling back in the early 200's when it was a messy, unpredictable thing I needed vice grips for, so I figured it had to be easier than that. I didn't think it would be THAT easy, though. I anticipated some problems. I had just bought the printer (Epson Workforce 545 in June 2012), so figured whatever Epson had done recently, it would apply to my printer. Well, I followed the instructions to the letter, and it just worked. The only thing you have to remember is even on the cartridges that come already filled, you still have to reset the chip by touching the two dots with a piece of metal. They recommend a paper clip, but I used a palette knife because it was handy. All you have to do is take off the air vent caps, touch the two dots, plug it in like normal, run the head cleaning cycles, and it works. The ink gets used faster than the 127 extra high yield ink, but stretches as far as the OEM 126 ink that is only high yield. I've never used 125 regular yield, so I don't know about that. You're still saving a whole bunch of money this way. This was so much easier than refill ink used to be. I would even suggest this to my mother, who is 82 years old and thinks that the internet is an actual place a physical location. It's really that easy. Just make sure you remove the vent caps, reset the chips, and run through TWO cleaning cycles, as directed. Piece of cake.

I can't believe the reviewers who've poo-pooed these great cartridges. For one thing, they're all over the Internet, so they must be reliable. Two reviewers noted that 'ink is messy'. Well, welcome to the real world. But I've been using refillable cartridges for 10 years, since before they had chips, and these are the easiest to fill that I've used so far. Since removing the empty cartridges can involve some messiness, I'd suggest that you do what the pros do: use paper towels to protect surfaces that aren't plastic since it easily wipes off, and buy some of those cheap, clear plastic gloves that you're Supposed to be using whenever you deal with icky stuff.

Aside from these minor issues, I've noticed that some instructional documentation doesn't mention that you have to physically reset the chips by shorting the two gold dots just above the main circuit traces (gold, squiggly lines on the bottom portion of the chips). I recommend you use tweezers since everybody has a pair around the house, and the dots are about as far apart as the tweezers' tips when relaxed. The contacts have to be 'shorted' for about 5 secs, which means that a miniscule electric charge is going to go from one dot to the other to balance, or 'zero out', any voltage stored in the chips which represents information that the printer uses to count how many pages the cartridges have printed. After a per-determined # of pages have been printed, the printer assumes that they are empty and won't allow you to print with these 'used' cartridges even if you refill them. That's how these companies try to protect their profit 'turf', by restricting the use of cartridges in these printers to either their OEM cartridges or validly licensed substitutes by third-party companies. Shorting the dots and draining this 'juice' makes the cartridges appear as new to the printer.

Also, be sure that the ink is made from 'dye', as opposed to the other variations, and be wary of ultra-cheap ink.

Now you'll be able to print All the friggin' time, on-the-cheap, which is so cool.

I have a Epson NX430. Printer did not recognize cartridges. This cartridge is not the type you can reset. I tried everything including re-loading the cartridges several times, turning the printer on and off, cleaning the contacts. Nothing works. This cartridge is not for this model. It may work with other printer models, but not with the Epson NX430. Its totally useless and money wasted.

Really the title says it all. These have been comparable in quality to the canon inks, but they seem to last around half as long. Nt sure what it is because the volume is the same. They still end up cheaper than the canon ones and I'd recommend them for general personal use. If you are printing professional portraits, I'd recommend going with canon.

I ordered these for my Epson Stylus NX230 in March because my ink was running low, when it came time to replace one of my inks in May for whatever reason it would not work in my printer. I contacted Sophia Global LLC and they gave me a refund right away for the bad ink, I didn't need to mail the bad ink back or anything. They would have send me a replacement unit but they didn't have any instock at the time. Three weeks later I needed to replace the blue ink and had the same issue of it not working in my printer "cartridge can not be recognized", I e-mailed Sophia Global LLC again but this time asked for a full refund as 2 of the 4 units had not worked. (have not tried the red or yellow yet) Got a 100% refund right away. They said they have a defect rate on the cartridges is 0.5%. I must have got a bad batch? anyways, I gave them 4 stars for the awesome service I got when I had an issue with the ink.

I have an Epson Stylus NX230 and bought these cartridges. My printer will not recognize them no matter how many times I try to install them. I know it isn't an issue with the printer because it will recognize the old cartridges. While these look like the genuine thing, I'm starting to have my doubts they are actually Epson ink cartridges.

I was reluctant to order a refurbished toner cartridge after some bad experiences in the past.
