As soon as I put the black cartridge in, my computer told me my black ink was low. The foil package was already opened when I received it on one of the boxes.

I ordered a lexmark 16 and 26 set of cartridges for my old lexmark Z33 and the seller sent me a set of these 28 and 29s. I, of course have no use for them and the dealer wont respond to emails and Amazon told me that I ordered them and that there is nothing they can do even though I tried to tell the apparently extremely foreign customer support person that I did not purchase these cartridges but that I tried to purchase another set. Soooooooooo, I am stuck with these. If anyone has a need for these, they are unopened and in perfect condition. Usually, well almost universally, Amazon is a great place to purchase items, but I got royally porked on this purchase and I cant even do a chargeback on my card as it was part of another purchase and when I contacted my card company I got ahold of Akhmeds cousin I think as I couldn't make clear enough my problem to get a partial chargeback!!! Amazon, if a person that has a thorough understanding of English reads this posting and wants to help me with this problem and send me the correct cartridges, please do so!!!!

Recently I purchased Lexmarkm28/29 ink when I installed the ink amd starting to print a document the printing came out vary light and was barely readable At first I taught there was something wrong with the printer, I had some ink left in my old cartridge and reinstalled them and the printer worked fine, so I put the new ink in and the same thing happened vary light ink if it is possible I would like a refund because this product is useless Thank you Tom

Black Ink did not work! Arrived loose in pkg and not in a sealed box as pictured...disappointed from the start!

The black (28) didn't work in my printer. Kept telling me to do an alignment, I skipped it, then out of no where it was telling me that it was an incorrect cartridge. I had to go buy one from the store, the exact same brand and number (28), and it worked. You are better off getting one from a store that you walk into so you don't waste your time waiting around for a shipment that may not work properly.
