I ordered and received in a timely fashion, a combo pack of XL Cartridges. I immediately installed all the colors since my printer was very low. The first thing I tried to print, the printer refused and reported the yellow cartridge was either damaged or incorrectly installed. So, I opened the printer, took the yellow out, checked all the others and re-inserted the yellow. Again, the same message. I tried once again with the same results. The other cartridges work just fine and when I retrieved my old cartridge, it worked just fine. So, I had to make a trip to Office Depot to buy a new yellow cartridge which works just fine. How can I rate something that is almost OK? How can I return it as defective without returning the whole set which I need to use now? Long since I have thrown away the packaging which I had to rip apart because it was a blister package. I just learned to buy locally no matter how much I really do like Amazon.

The cartridges last for over six months and I do a lot of printing at my home. I like the combo pack because it saves me from having to buy each color individually. The price could be cheaper, but that's the case with most things nowadays so I won't complain about that.

I order this 4 pks pre-filled inks and it arrived on time. The printer recognize these ink instantly. The quality of these inks are also good, I can hardly tell the print difference from these to that of the original inks. I would recommend these inks to anyone.

First, I have to commend this seller on their customer service. One of the ink cartridges burst during shipping and bled out on all of the others, contaminating them with ink. I called the customer service line and said exactly that all they asked for was a picture of the damaged cartridges and an email to their customer service address. I had replacements within 3 days and spent less than 10 minutes on the whole process.

Then for the actual product you have to remove one of the tabs for an air tab as stated in the 3 line directions (which have pictures). A little counter-intuitively the air plug is actually below the ink plug, and that's the one that needs to be removed. If you remove the wrong one, the printer will work fine for about 50-100 pages before it just can't get that ink out. Took me a while to figure out what was wrong, but the second I removed the right plug it started working again.

Also, be careful when filling the ink from the bottle it doesn't take as much as you would think given how long it lasts. And fill over a sink or some surface not easily stained your first few tries. It's really not hard after your first time, but if you do happen to spill, the ink is so concentrated it takes some time to clean up (just have to ring out the sponge over and over, ink just keeps coming out)

At this point I've printed a bit over 1,000 pages and everything works wonderfully. Would absolutely buy again and have already recommended this product.

I don't know if Brother is still selling the model MFC-J615W all-in-one printer that I bought over a year ago, but I bought this set of pre-filled refillable cartridges and bottles of ink at the time I bought the printer, and it has saved me so much on ink, I can hardly believe it! I print a lot, and I have only had to refill these cartridges once since I had them, the bottles are still very full, and the print quality is great. I highly recommend this product.

It works...just need to remove the cap, refill with ink, close the cap, install into the printer and that's it!

There are no instructions of how to refill the cartridge, but there are not needed...so use your common sense when refilling it.

You will need to print at least once to let the ink flow thur the cartridge. So don't expect to have the first page entirely printed.

Overall it does the job very well. Just need a bottle of ink and no more cartridges to waste or send back for remanufacturing.

It's a DYI. Fast and easy.

but for non-critical work they are just fine. I've even printed a few photos on Epson-branded photo paper and they do pretty well on matching the color temperatures of the name brand. In fairness, I have used other brands which were too strong on reds, or appeared bleached out ... I cannot fault these, particularly in light of the price!

This is a NEW one, as it says, and it works perfectly. One might shop around the sites for a slightly less expensive one, just read each offer carefully to make sure you get exactly what you want. This one was delivered fast in it's sealed container.

I highly advise against not purchasing these...spend the extra money and get the Lexmark brand.

These worked great for about 5 pages of color printing, then the yellow ink started streak all over everything, then the print head shorted out, and I now how a printer going in the garbage. I would not have thought that a printer could be destroyed by ink, but mine seems to have been!

These cartridges saved me a bundle, and they work perfectly.

I read lots of reviews for 3rd party ink, and many mentioned that they did not work with the last firmware update. Before ordering, I contacted the seller and asked about this. The seller was right. These preform like the OEM, and a chip lets them work with the new firmware update.

Buy without worry. My order did have a delivery problem, but it was from the shipping company, not the seller. They shipped me another set, showing great customer service.

Finding replacement cartridges for my Lexmark S-305 Impact WiFi printer has been a real pain because they keep changing and automatically upgrading the software/firmware for the cartridges to force you to buy only their cartridges. I had previously purchased two black 100XL Green Apple cartridges and they worked fine so I figured these should as well. So far the first three set of color ones are working fine and I had 1 of the previous 2 black cartridges and it's working as well. I'm sure the black ones in these sets will work as well. Great price and gives you the confidence they will work well for you. I can highly recommend these cartridges.

The colors in this cartridge seemed to have leaked together and are a slight mix of all the colors, i.e. the blue has a reddish tint, the red looks a little blue, the yellow looks a bit green.

However, I would order this product again because I am not doing any professional printing jobs. I really just needed a working cartridge regardless of the color it decided to spit out. This cartridge fit the bill for my own needs.
