Lexmark #50 OEM: While the ink itself is quite good--dries fast and stands out--The cartridge stops working half-way through after only occasional use. Even After the performing a "Cleaning" process, it still will not print a regular document.

I know it still has plenty of ink because it prints wide black bands during the cleaning process; however, once you start printing a document, it fades out after the 1st couple of lines.

My guess is that once opened, the ink dries quickly inside the cartridge!

I also tried several re-manufactured/compatible cartridges, but the ink is usually gray instead of black, and it smudges quickly if you touch it with a wet hand. Not to mention that the nozzles are often clogged on those refurbished cartridges right out of the box and no matter how many "cleanings" you perform.

Conclusion: if you have a Lexmark Printer, you're stuck & better-off with an OEM Lexmark Cartridge. Consider buying a different-brand printer in the future after proper research.

The print quality of printer is so bad i have to order original ink. i have purchased generic ink before for my other printers but this is no good.

ValleyBuy replacement ink works excellent as replacement ink for the Epson T127 in combination with the Workforce 635.

Encountered problems with replacement cartridges from ABCinc.com for my first Epson printer (Stylus Color CX3810): Nozzles clogged when the printer wasn't used on a daily basis.

I mainly used the printer for black & white text printing. But even nozzles for the black ink clogged and I had to clean the print head very often which wasted lots of ink.

Hence, I was concerned to run into the same issues with replacement ink for the Workforce 635. To my surprise I had not a single clogged nozzle after replacing all 4 ink cartridges. This could be due to a printer improvement or a better ink. Just ordered the second set of ink from Green Apple Imaging and hope it will work as good as the first set which I ordered roughly a year ago from ImagePlus.

Note: I use the printer 99% in black and white mode mainly for text or internet print outs and didn't notice any issue with the print quality. Though, I printed only very few photos and didn't compare the print quality with photos printed with the original Epson ink.

Bottom line: This is a reliable "work horse" for the "Workforce". 2 thumbs up!

The price was good, and it arrived quickly and in good shape.Everything worked just fine.I have used several different vendors at Amazon,but these two cartridges seemed to have run out much quicker (given the same past workload)than usual.There is no real no way to ensure how full it is when you get it. I have always wondered if there was a minimum level by law or industry standard they had to refill to.Otherwise it was an ok product.

Once you get the hang of filling the cartriges it is a real timesaver and you don't have to ever run to the store at that critical point in a job because you ran out of ink.

It works...just need to remove the cap, refill with ink, close the cap, install into the printer and that's it!

There are no instructions of how to refill the cartridge, but there are not needed...so use your common sense when refilling it.

You will need to print at least once to let the ink flow thur the cartridge. So don't expect to have the first page entirely printed.

Overall it does the job very well. Just need a bottle of ink and no more cartridges to waste or send back for remanufacturing.

It's a DYI. Fast and easy.

I am using these in my Canon Multipass MP360 and have had no problems. Granted, I am using them for everyday printing, not superfine photographic prints--but I do print out photos on regular copy paper just to share them with friends (it's not like they are going to frame them, so they don't have to be that high-end)--the colors are fine for that purpose. Th eonly thing I have noticed is a tendency to smear when wet--but isn't that true of most inkjet inks (I know there are some that are more durable, but not most that I have come across--including the name brands). These seem very cost effective. Just wish some company would start accepting these cartridges for recycling--because it sucks to have them go to the landfill--but the recycling companies I spoke with have told me that they don't waste time on recycling these generic brands. That's really a shame.

This product has some false advertising...the 3 color inks fit my Canon i560 fine, but the black ink does not fit. The i560 black ink is about twice as wide as the color ink. If you have an i560, do not purchase this if you want to use the black ink. It's still not a bad value for the color ink, I just wish I knew this beforehand.

I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased this item. It was advertised as BCI-6 compatible, but only the color cartridges are BCI-6. The three black cartridges are BCI-3e, so they are useless to me.

I am writing this review to anyone that is looking for the 88XL Inks for their HP Printer. If you buy this from a Retail store its going to cost you well over bucks but here its With free shipping (if you have amazon prime). I took out my old inks that came with the printer which were the standard 88's and those lasted me 6 months so I probably won't be changing my ink for a while now. They were instantly recognized by my printer and it even tells me how much ink is left in them. I highly recommend these to anyone looking to save money and get a great deal on the XL cartridges. I also have printed the same picture just to see if there was a quality difference but these are just as good as the original HP ink quality.

Cheap and they do print. I've had the same problem as the other reviewer with print quality with the black cartridge. Overall, I would still buy again. Be aware that the printer and software will complain that you have a non-HP cartridge installed and will threaten you with a bunch of stuff. I just cancelled past the warnings. Now, if HP would only put as much time into its drivers as it does its non-HP cartridge detection system!

I own a business that uses an HP Officejet L7780 all-in-one printer. The one thing that I did not like about the HP was the cost of the ink. I have been buying replacements at Sam's, and they are not cheap. We are very happy with the refilled ink.We have not had any problems. We will be buying all are ink from hear for now on. I have an HP L7555. I was skeptical because of the low price and wasn't sure that all four cartridges would be in the package for this rock-bottom price (and free shipping to boot) but all four cartridges were included.

These cartridges do work with my printer in spite of what the little app on the Amazon web page says. I think if you are currently using HP 88 cartridges, these will probably work with your printer.

The cartridges don't look the same as the picture (no color coded front face no front face at all) and it took a few minutes to figure out how to install them but they fit and are working so far. When you install these cartridges, the printer displays "genuine HP cartridge installed" which increased my confidence in the purchase.

INSTALLATION TIP:

My cartridges come with tape across the top of the front face (the side that faces back at you when the cartridge is installed) of the cartridge. The tape has a tab on it and says to remove it. I did that with the black cartridge and that was a mistake. A little ink leaked out of the hole underneath that tape which must be where the ink is injected. I don't think they meant for that tape to be removed. I covered the exposed hole with some scotch tape. When I installed the yellow cartridge the other day, I just left the original tape over that hole and everything works just fine. Some instructions would have been helpful but, for this price, I'm not complaining.

The first set of these I ordered was fulfilled by Amazon and they came right away. I then ordered a back-up set that is not fulfilled by Amazon and it is taking longer for these to arrive.

I like that the cartridges are reusable. It saves some money and I use my printer a lot so I'm glad I don't have to throw away all those plastic cartridges. they come pre-filled so I haven't had to fill one yet but the instructions make it sound simple. They are harder to put in my printer than the one time use ones and it took a while to figure out i just had to press them in way harder than I'm used to with the disposable cartridges I used to use but I'm willing to take the extra few minutes to get them in to save some money and make a little less trash.

This ink refill kit has saved me hundreds of dollars. I was always refilling my cartridges at my video store and now I am saving a lot of money with this kit. At first I had a hard time figuring it out but I called the 1800 number and a customer rep was able to talk me through it and now its a breeze....I would recommend this to anyone. I bought this for my kids' network printer. They were always running out of ink from their continuous printing, from art program to Internet sites. I had used the "battery like" refills where I just pop it out of the cartridge and place it back. . . problem with this method, half of the time the ink wouldn't be read by the printer without several attempts to re-install the ink into the printer.

Now with this, I refilled once (since it already came with ink) and both times it registered with the printer, now I haven't figured out why the ink levels don't restart, but the ink cartridges are clear see-through so it's easy to see how much ink is left.

Also, the bottles contain the "photo quality ink".

Down with over priced ink for greedy companies! Refill your own on the cheap! I believe this is one of the smartest choices and best products I have ever purchased. As others have mentioned, the cartridges may need some extra effort to get them to "click" into place, but you will absolutely hear the click. No click, then its not totally in.

UPDATE to my review below: The ink cartridges I put in only worked for two print outs. Over the past few months, when I have the time and patience to work with it, I tried to reload the drivers for the printer and tried ALL of the cartridges that they reshipped. Today I went ahead and spent $52 on new HP ink cartridges to see if they would work with no luck. BUYER BEWARE --> It has ceased operation of my printer all together. I'm out even more money and still cannot print.

I'm irritated and should have just stuck with premium HP ink cartridges.

I had ordered a set of the 98/95 recharged ink cartridges and upon arrival I could not get my printer to respond. The shipping was fast and packaged well. I had written a satisfactory feedback review stating that I was disappointed that they didn't work. I've ordered recharged ink cartridges in the past so I knew the possible risk of them not working. I just simply chucked it off to one of those "oh well" type purchases.

TODAY a week or less later, I received yet another package from Sophia Global. They had seen my satisfactory review and sent me a whole new package with recharged ink cartridges and a really nice apology letter. I was astounded. I figured I'd pop another cartridge in to see what would happen guess what? It worked!

The paper is exactly the product that I ordered. The paper works excellently with my Epson printer to create stunning colors and sharp text. Not very thick, which is good for quick dummies of color, but if need be it can do the job. The thicker Epson paper is what I prefer for books and magazine projects and also for mounting on board, but this is great paper.

I was very skeptical about buying this refill kit for our printer, because I didn't know how well it would work. I was pleasantly surprised that the ink was very nice and had the same high quality print colors that my original cartridges had. The package came with handy instructions to reset the chips on the outside of the cartridges between each refill, so it was nice to get RID of those annoying messages that warn that you are not using an original Epson cartridges. I'm so happy with this refill kit, it has saved me a lot money on ink, and that makes it a good value to me.

This product is accurately advertized, and prints excellently. This is the first time I have ever purchased such a product, and was originally apprehensive, but I'm glad I made the purchase. Something worth mentioning is that the product is packaged with vials and syringes for refilling, rather than the squeeze bottles as pictured, which is my preference anyway (see my posted image that is with customer photos link under the stock photo). Install was straight forward, however these are a tight fit, and required some finesse to make sure they 'clicked' in place. I advise reading the instructions, wearing gloves, and having some napkins on hand, as they will spit out a little bit of ink through the vent hole depending on how full they came (my cyan one was filled up all the way to the top and spit out a bit, while the others just had a few drips). Once installed I performed the three print head cleaning as the instructions required, and it prints properly, basically as well as the factory ink did. Keep in mind that this set includes 'dye' ink, not the factory 'pigment' ink. For most printing it wont matter, but purchase the pigment version of this product if you are looking for the absolute best prints. The printer monitoring software recognizes these carts are 125 cartridges as is advertized. No complaints from the printer so far, and unlike some brands, it accurately shows current ink levels.

The cartridges worked perfectly. After a few months the black ink cartridge stopped working, the printer did not recognize. I e-mailed the seller and they helped trouble shooting step by step. Given the trouble shooting didn't solve the problem, they mailed a replacement cartridge right out and back at printing once again.
