I just purchased a Lexmark Z32 which came with this cartridge as well as the 17G0060 color cartridge. This is my third inkjet printer and BY FAR the best. I've had an Epson and a Canon that were ok but this Lexmark is incredible. I realize this review is for the black cartridge only (sorry). I know everyone out there sees "laser quality" or "laser like" in reference to inkjets lately but this one truly is. The black text and lines from this cartridge are dark, crisp, and virtually without any bleed or feathering. An excellent product.

I have the Lexmark Z22. I have had good luck out of these cartriges. I usually can find them quite cheap at the flea market (price ranges from $17-flea market to almost $40-stores) so if you hunt around you can find them for a great price. Beware there are times even from stores such as Best Buy that my catridges are dry. Make sure to look on the box for an expriation date and if there is not one ask about a return policy!

Lets face it, most of us aren't buying ink to print photos. We just need to print some documents and they don't have to be the best quality. As far as I can tell, the inks are quite good. I'm sure that they aren't as good as manufacture's ink, but I don't want to pay more for ink than I did for the printer. It was a no hassle experience from me, and I got it much sooner than expected. Works well. Easily a 5 star experience.

p.s. Don't forget to pull off the tabs, I wonder how many negative reviews come from that alone.

These do not work on Epson printers they are not recognized by the printer and two of the cartages leaked everywhere I have purchased non-oem brands before and they work great but this particular brand is a bust. Save your money and time and avoid the this brand.

I was very pleased to receive these quickly, well packaged, and they arrived in excellent condition from England. The excitement began when I removed the first seal strip, per instructions, before installing in the Epsom Stylus Photo R220 printer. It was fortunate that I had a plastic-lined waste basket nearby as the ink flowed out all over the place, at an alarming rate. I had seen reviews

on similar products describing similar experiences. I cleaned up the cartridge, installed it, and moved on to the next one. I opened this over the kitchen sink, and had similar results. The rest of the cartridges behaved in a similar manner. Once installed, the printer functioned well. At the price, even if you lose half the ink, it is still worth getting. For my next round, I will don plastic gloves and open the cartridges over the sink. If you do not take these precautions, your hands may look as though they had a bad experience at the local tattoo parlor.

Makes you wonder about the integrity of the seller when the product description says "Genuine Epson Ink", then you read on the ready to buy page, in comments section "Sophia Global Inkjet cartridges....certified factory to be compatible... and "Best Quality Compatible".

You are lead to believe that these are real Epson inks and they aren't.

I have nothing against using ink made by someone other than the manufacturer, but one should know it and it should be very clear. The fact that the seller doesn't makes this completely clear, is worrisome.

These are OEM inks, Epson branded, but you can get them cheaper when you buy them individually. No value here.

Quality: good, no problem, but: Don't last long enough and cost way too much.

Problem: I have used the cheaper ($) inks in several different printers (HP and Epson currently) and hate to have to pay the higher prices of these inks, but darn it, I have had more trouble with the cheaper ones, often needing more head cleaning if not used frequently. One actually spilled out of its cartridge in my printer!

Usage: I only use my printers every so many days, not daily, so this is a problem for me. I find the more expensive printer manufacturer brands seem to work better under my usage. Bummer, hate the higher price. But...such is life.

The issue: The printer companys' live and die off their disposable sales, not the hardware. So, even once in a while you might want to support them if you like the printer. But, if anyone knows of a really GOOD third party ink supplier, let me know. Then I will probably use them. Competition needs to increase so the prices come down, especially on these newer printers that seem to EAT INK (like Epsons -they are one of the "hungriest" I think).When the price of the printer becomes less than the cost to replace the ink something is wrong.

There has been a lot of price variation on this ink set, from very low to higher than the cost of the 8 cartridges bought separately. It appears that when you order at a very low price, you get ink whoose expiration date has passed. In my case, the price was about 1/3 the current listed price. The ink was shipped without the original box, but in the original heavy plastic shrink wrapped inner packaging. The packing slip said that the ink was genuine, but past its expiration date. Since there is no date on the inner wrapping, there is no way to tell how far past expiration it is. I have no major problem with this as the price was extremely low and I have used ink in the past which was way past the expiration date with no apparent issues, as long as it is kept air-tight. I do think Amazon should list it separately from boxed, fresh ink in the complete original packaging. The seller I bought from had several different prices during the 2 weeks or so I was price-checking, and they sold out quickly when they were listed. Perhaps the price depends on how old the ink is. With these caveats, I am satisfied with the purchase. Delivery was extremely fast, although a bit pricy, and the product was as described, since, technically, no claim was made that the ink was fresh.

Every time I buy "cheap" ink (the generic or refurbs) I have regretted it. You can't get around HP quality. It is worth the extra in the end as the ink goes farther and the jets don't get clogged.

Sublimation Ink for EPSON ink jet printers - 100 ml - Black Review

Purchased this ink from Dinsink as a temporary replacement of my regular sublimation ink I use. Had orders built up and needed ink and my regular ink was on backorder. So I purchased this ink and the quality is very poor. Black color is more greyish. Not a deep, dark, rich, black like it should be. Tried many different color profiles to try and correct or make better but had no success.

If you want poor quality ink at a decent price.....but this now!!! You get what you pay for. I have tried many other sublimation ink brands and this by far is the worst yet. Did not realize that sublimation ink could be of such poor quality. I figured black was black and should work the same but this ink is far from that. This is the first time I used a sublimation ink brand that did not work very well.

Will not buy ever again. This caused my products to be of poor quality and ended up losing 2 orders due to complaints of quality of printing. When you rely on the quality of ink to produce quality sublimation products, you need ink that works. This hurt me more than it was worth.....lesson learned.

I was nervous about purchasing "pirate ink" not made by Canon. I only replaced one of the blacks, so I can't speak to replacing the colored inks or how long they last, but it appears to be working fine so far. Will update if any problems.

Its still working fine. The printer gave a message saying that the ink needed to be replaced and it appeared that the colored inks were low, but I just kept using it, and it still worked. I will buy a second time from this company.

Ok, it came time to change the Grey ink, and low and behold, there was none in the box. I had to go online and purchase the Grey from another pirate ink company, and it was $6.50. I also contacted Green Park Products, and they were surprised (I have a Canon MG6220). They were nice enough to send me two Greys, because I had purchased two boxes from them. They said they would look into it.

I do print on the fastest way, so printer uses less ink, but i think this ink is still working well, other than the obvious lack of grey.

When I removed the seal plug on the black cartridge, ink spilled out onto my hands and the carpet. A real mess. The ink is permanent. No removing the spots on the carpet. I'll have to live with the stains on my fingers until they wear off.

I used to hate buying printer ink, but Amazon makes it so easy and inexpensive. It should be noted that Amazon's printer compatibility test is not correct. I have an Epson Workforce 320 and this is the ink that Epson recommends for my printer. According to Amazon, this ink is not compatible with my printer. Don't take Amazon's word for it. Check your manufacturer's website.

These come without any retail packaging and certainly in any case they are not sold the way that Epson sells them. Epson's retail package is a box with an expiration date and inside their are individually wrapped four cartridges. (if I recall correctly, all of these are then shrinkwrapped together in an outer wrapper). In contrast, this shipment arrived in a plastic bag with a single shrinkwrapped wrapper containing four cartridges that were themselves unwrapped (no individual shrinkwrapping on each cartridge).

We'll see...but when nearly 1/4 of the reviews are complaints about how one or more of the cartridges was non functional, then I have to believe there is an issue, because Epson product quality is far better than that.

Someone suggested that these could be refurbs/refills. Its certainly a possibility but one I wouldn't really know how to rule out. I am not sure how else to account for the fact that they are not in original packaging.

It would be nice to hear the explanation from the seller and see if it makes any sense. Otherwise, I'm dubious on what these even really are.

This seemed like a real money saver. However, I had problems with these inkjet cartridges for My Canon 9500 Mark ll Pro Printer. At first, My Canon didn't recognize them, but after a couple of restarts it did. I do a lot of photo prints and quality is important. The colors were off somewhat and kind of faded looking. I returned them via Amazon and will stick with OEM Canon cartridges for now on. But they are really expensive. I received the order promptly but the first cartridge I opened was the green one and in seconds I had green ink all over my fingers-I had to throw it away. Looking more carefully at other packages before opening I discovered that the photo magenta had leaked extensively inside its packaging. The box the ink came in was not damaged.

I recently purchased a full set (10 ink cartridges) of Canon compatible ink cartridges for a Canon PRo 9500 photo quality printer from Blake Printing supply. This is the first time that non-canon ink cartridges have been accepted by my 9500 printer and the photo quality is excellent. The ink seems to mix well with the Canon Lucia ink. The price is far less than the Canon price and the quality seems to be equal.
