The cartridges arrived today, so I haven't used them yet. They were shipped without the exterior packaging, with a note that says "In order to keep our shipping costs down...we are shipping this product to you without the bulky outer retail packaging." So here are the reasons for my skepticism: 1. The envelope in which they arrived seemed large enough to encompass the smaller cardboard outer packaging that HP now puts on its cartridges. 2. There is no expiration date on the inner packaging removing the outer packaging does not allow me to be assured that the cartridges have not expired.

I will withhold final judgment until I use the ink, but for now I will not reorder because I cannot be assured of their shelf-life.

Been using HP 75XL cartridges now for 4 years, and they DRY OUT TOO FAST, even though I do weekly printer-installed cleaning just to keep the thing from drying out!

Buying a pair just seems silly, as the first is going to dry out unless you have a huge color print job soon after purchase, and for sure cartridge #2 will be dried out by the time you get to it.

Now I buy the basic HP75, better to have a short term supply matching HP's short lived ink.

Oh, and by the way, the blogs and my computer tech say keep the printer turned off when not using it, as the heat also dries out these lousy designed carts!

Epson cartridges are my preference over the cheaper generic cartridges. Since I am partial to Epson Printer, I have owned only Epson, and experimented with generic cartridges which although they perform admirably, the difference is seen in high quality photos. While using the highest print settings generic cartridges produce some hues that strongly effect photos of people, facial tones are uneven. This makes you look like a bad photograher to the unknowledgable. With the Epson cartridges this problem does not exist, so if that happens while using OEM clean you printer nozzles, and make sure you have an ample ink supply by checking your printer properties... you may be low on one or more colors. And yes BLACK is a key component in photo printing.

Works great in Epson 1270 photo, approximately 1 black cartridge to 2 color ones. Photo and print quality is great! Prices are more reasonable than the ones for my HP.

OK, I agree with everyone that Epson makes pretty good ink. Photos come out looking good, and they are archival inks as well. So far so good.

What irks me is that even if I've been overwhelmingly using black ink, when it is used up the printer won't start up until I replace both the black & color cartridges. In fact, Epson settled a class-action suit because the printer would require you to replace both cartridges EVEN WHEN THERE WAS ENOUGH INK LEFT IN THEM. So I ended up having to replace both cartridges when there was no reason to replace either of them, so Epson could sell more high-priced ink. What do I get out of it if I send in my claim? $40 in Epson products, or enough for one set of ink cartridges.

Well, I've bought the last Epson ink I'll ever buy, and the last Epson printer, too. What's the point of having separate cartridges if you have to change them at the same time? Epson has nothing to gain by abusing its customers.

I've since replaced my Epson inkjet with a Brother B&W network laser printer that I'm very happy with, and if I want color photos I upload them to my neighborhood drug store, where my photos are ready in one hour for less cost than printing them on Epson photo paper. If I want a color printer in the future it will be a non-Epson laser printer. Inkjets are a pain in addition to being expensive in the long run anyway.

I purchased 3 Black Epson T007201 Inkjet Printer Cartridges through Amazon.com in January -best price I've seen. The first worked perfectly. The second failed to work at all and my printer kept telling me that my ink cartridge was empty or not an epson ink cartridge. After powering off and on my printer, deleting it, reinstalling it, and restarting my system several times, I finally gave up and opened and installed the 3rd new cartridge. It worked perfectly. Now I'm trying to figure out how to get a replacement for the defective cartridge and I'm not having any success even finding a way to contact amazon about the problem. I'm hoping they respond to this review. If they stand behind the defective cartridge and send me a replacement, they get a 5 star review. Otherwise it goes to zero. Two out three means that my $18.94 cartridge (plus shipping) really cost me almost $30 each. For less than that, I can run down to Office Max and get it instantly and return it instantly if it's defective.

If you have an Epson printer, you pretty much have no choice but to buy their ink. (In fact, this goes any with manufacturer.) I strongly recommend against using any third-party ink cartridges, as I have had nothing but bad experience with them in the past.

This ink cartridge gives you what you expect: never enough pages for what you pay! Fortunately Amazon gives us a very good price, so we can afford to buy just a few more per year.

Just received the cartridge and printed out a test page. Seemed to work perfectly. The only reason it got 4 stars rather than 5 is because at first it did not fit in the printer. I had to bend the little plastic tab a couple of times to make it fit in perfectly. But for a fraction of the price of the regular cartridge, who cares!

Installed in my HP Photosmart Premium. Interestingly, the printer recognized it as a non-HP cartridge and warned me warrantees are void with use of non-HP supplies, but with the cost savings, going through a few more of these will cover cost of the printer. The printer didn't work for a little while after installation (a day or two; jobs stayed in queue, but wouldn't print), but then all the sudden started working just fine. Wonder if that's programmed in by HP when non-branded products are used, but not sure about that. Buying a few more to keep on hand now that all looks good.

It took printing of a few full pages to clear the origanal HP ink, but after that the print looked sharp and crisp!

A real bargan for the price! Shipping was promped. Photosmart printer D7560. May have to adjust the locking tap, just pull it back a bit.

Figured I'd give this cartridge a try, what could go wrong other than losing $5? I've re-inked HP cartridges in the past myself with excellent results on some of the old original HP DeskJet printers.

First thing I noticed after installing this product was a warning from the printer this was a "Used" cartridge, no big deal, I knew that. Printed a test page and received very streaked result (The printer was printing perfect before this test). After printing several test pages I finally got one that looked good. I tried out several other documents with the same outcome. I would have to attempt several printouts of the same document before I would get a decent printout. It wasn't even consistent as to how many attempt it took. The 3rd try could be good and the 4th try would be streaked???

Left it alone for a week and tried to print something again the following weekend, no streaking at all, as a matter of fact there was no black ink output of any kind! I inserted a 2nd HP Remanufactured 564XL Black Ink Cartridge I had purchased at the same time and again no black ink printout of any kind. I assume the print-head was now clogged, something that had never happened with my printer over the several years that I have owned it! I don't know if the printer can be fixed, running the print head clean option made no difference. I ended up buying a new printer.

I will NEVER buy a Re-manufactured Ink Cartridge again, it is not worth the risk!

I liked the way that the seller described the product on their website.These hp 15/78 cartridges were used only once refilled and then tested before shipment.The product works great-just like OEM cartridges.In the past,when I bought refilled cartridges my printer would constantly say "check cartridge"-this was probably due to incompatibility with the cartridge and my system.However,Sophia Global's products do not cause these problems,as they are slightly used and refilled OEM products-the electronics are the same as OEM cartridges.The result is an excellent product that works just great with my printer with NO PROBLEMS-I would defintely recommend Sophia Global as a source on printer cartridges.Great value also.

Tried other brands of re-manufactured cartridges 10 yrs and 5 yrs ago, with poor results. As Sophia Global stands by their product and verifies each cartridge (per their website), I was willing to give them a try. Ordered black/color combo. Black cartridge was not recognized by my printer, but color was fine. Called Sophia Global, excellent customer service, was told I would receive a free replacement. Called one week later, again excellent customer service, was told that first representative did not finalize the shipment. Requested a free rush shipment and the replacement arrived 2 days later. Anyhow, these cartridges work just as well as HP-brand. I'll buy these again, probably 2 sets at a time, just in case I get a defective one (actually buying two sets of re-manufactured is still cheaper than 1 set of HP-brand).

I received expired ink. It does not say that the ink you will receive is expired. I havent tried it yet and do not even care if it works. The fact that they do not tell you in the product description that it is expired, tells me they know it's expired and continue to sell it as a good and valid product really ticks me off!

At first the printing was horrible with these cartridges (printer set to fast draft). Lots of missed words and lines. Then, I reset the printer to best quality and tried to print awesome and perfect. To use less ink, I set it on normal and again awesome and near perfect. I was going to return the cartridges, but now that I have them printing all the words and pictures I will keep them. Whether I buy them again will be determined by how long the ink lasts (I normally always print with fast draft to get the most pages from a cartridge except color printing).

UPDATE the ink completely stopped working even with name brand ink so the problem may not have been the ink after all. I bought a new printer, as the company wanted to send a repairman and it is out of warranty not worth it.

I used the first of the two cartridges and it would only print correctly if it was set on best quality. The second cartridge was worse. Barely printed anything in black. After I replaced these cartridges with genuine Kodak ones, the black would not print at all at first, then a little, then nothing. I cannot get the black to print. Would NOT recommend this product to anyone.

Purchased this ink from Dinsink as a temporary replacement of my regular sublimation ink I use. Had orders built up and needed ink and my regular ink was on backorder. So I purchased this ink and the quality is very poor. Black color is more greyish. Not a deep, dark, rich, black like it should be. Tried many different color profiles to try and correct or make better but had no success.

If you want poor quality ink at a decent price.....but this now!!! You get what you pay for. I have tried many other sublimation ink brands and this by far is the worst yet. Did not realize that sublimation ink could be of such poor quality. I figured black was black and should work the same but this ink is far from that. This is the first time I used a sublimation ink brand that did not work very well.

Will not buy ever again. This caused my products to be of poor quality and ended up losing 2 orders due to complaints of quality of printing. When you rely on the quality of ink to produce quality sublimation products, you need ink that works. This hurt me more than it was worth.....lesson learned.

These worked fine for me, no problems. Compared to the price I have to pay at Staples for similar Brother ink cartridges, these price out to 1/5 the cost. I run through a lot of ink, so cost-saving is paramount to me. And I did not see any noticeable difference in quality there may be some slight difference, but not enough to make up for the cost savings. Thank you.

I've used these non-stop now since last November, I've gone through probably 45-50 of these cartridges (black and color) since then, and I can't understand the negativity of the reviews here. Yes, occasionally I have to actually clean the print heads, yes three or four black cartridges have proven faulty over that time, but that's just the cost of doing business. The ten-pac is 42.99 on AMAZON, and Staples gives me back $2 each on every empty cartridge. I just don't have time to get upset at the loss of 3.29 on a non-working cartridge. I just put in another one and move on.

Occasionally I've had to buy Brother cartridges when I couldn't get these in time, and I never say "wow, this Brother ink is so much better" honestly, I don't see it. It probably is better, but not enough to make up for the cost savings. The black cartridges did seem to go through a period in the Spring where some of the black ones did not print dark/black enough (very frustrating) but I have not seen this problem in subsequent batches. I may have to abandon the black ink if the problem returns, but I have never had a problem with any of the color cartridges over this time whatsoever.

Bottom line, if you can work these into your cost-structure, why not? Equivalent Brother inks (10) would add up to roughly 192.72. If you're only going through one batch a year, maybe you want the Brother. But if you're using multiple batches, and at 1/5 the price, at least think about it, especially the color inks. BTW, I just purchased a new batch today before writing this review, so for me it works.

Inexpensive and work fine for black and white printing, but color printer set to highest quality and vivid prints rates mediocre. If sacrificing print quality is not real important to you but net number of prints per cost is... welcome home. Just be aware that the Brother cartridges perform much better if your after the quality.

The assessment above stands. The only reason I'm back here again is that I'm shopping around for new cartridges because the poor print quality is intolerable. It looks like there are some other better "compatible" cartridges with good ratings available... but at what cost? Will I have to buy a new printer because they gummed it up or leaked ink everywhere? These horror stories are certainly out there... Beware!

Obviously the title for my review says it all. I can not attest to the quality yet as I have not depleted the starter cartridges that came with my printer. However, these ink packs seem to be manufacturered and packaged nicely. I was a little bit disappointed to find the color cartridges were not extra high yield but that makes perfect sense since they are half the size of the black cartridges. Even for the price paid this is still an excellent value. It was impossible for me to give 5 stars when the product title is a little misleading.

Oh, something else I wanted to comment on. I believe the extra high yield cartridges are good for up to 1500 pages at 5% coverage. In real world use, that should equal about a ream of paper (500 sheets). Considering you get 4 extra high yields black cartridges this is extremely good deal not to pass up.

These ink is wonderful. We use the Brother MFC-J6710DW in our business, and these work perfectly. The ink levels on the machine work with this ink and the quality is just as good as brother ink. I am glad I found these, the price is amazing!

These work perfectly. You will not be disappointed. Just make sure you put the fill plugs in the fill hole and not in the vent hole, they are both the same size. The vent hole is the one closest to the end with the color sticker.

THIS INK DOES NOT WORK IN EPSON PRINTERS, AFTER REPLACING THE EPSON BRAND CARTRIDGES WITH THIS PRODUCT, MY PRINTER ONLY "PRINTED" BLANK PAGES. SO, I CONTACTED EPSON TECH SUPPORT FOR WHAT I THOUGHT WOULD BE MINOR TROUBLESHOOTING. BUT, IT ACTUALLY, THE CARTRIDGES COULD NOT BE READ AT ALL AND THE INK LEAKED ONTO ROLLER. THIS RESULTED IN MY PRINTER BEING DAMAGED AND I HAD TO BUY A NEW PRINTER SINCE THE COST TO REPAIR WAS SIMILAR TO THE REPLACEMENT COST.

I RETURNED PRODUCT FOR REFUND
