Piano Book CISS for Canon IP4700. I installed this System on my Printer. It did not recognize the Cartridges all Cartridge light when off. I tried all kinds of procedures. (Internet Videos instructions to no Avail). Finally I gave up. The next Day low and Behold the Printer had a Green Light and was ready to Print. I printed a Three Hundred Page School Manual. WaaLahh! ! !. The system is easy to Refill. The installation Kit is inadequate. I am a craftsman. I built my Own Ink Ribbon Installation Kit. Routed the Ribbon through Rear of Right side of Top Door. I snap two plastic pieces passed it flat. I did not need the inadequate soft rubber insert to activate Door "Shut" signal. Other wise the System it self turned out Excellent I give it a Four Star. If the Installation Kit would have proved Adequate I would have given it a 5 Star.

Nice instructions included. Easy to install(I have already installed these systems previously). Work like a charm! I do a lot of printing, and installed two of these in my office printers, and forget about refilling cartridges. Now I can print two weeks without refilling!

I've used other refill systems from other manufacturers without a problem. This one arrived without any instructions. The video on the website showed installation on a different model than mine, and was almost useless for my printer. No other documentation available anywhere. After a lot of messy trial and error, including ink leaking inside my printer, I finally got it installed. But it didn't work. The ink cartridges in the printer never refilled reliably from the external reservoirs. Bubbles formed in the tubing. For the cartridges I received, there were no ports for a syringe (included) to pull ink through the tubing -to remove air bubbles and prime the cartridges -even though this process is shown in the videos for other models. Unlike the printer in the video, there is no way to route the tubing so that the lid will close on my printer, but a plug or adapter to outsmart the "lid open" switch is not included. Other manufacturers include one. As you probably realize, the printer won't work as long as the switch indicates that the lid is open. I resorted to using an earplug to jam the switch in the lid-closed position. I have requested a return authorization.

It makes minor streaks in text, like 3-6%. But images, dont try. Like 30-50%. The ink aint black-black. Looks more like permanent marker ink. You wont notice.

2 carts for 11 bucks (incl. shipping) beats all others, if you only need text. 6 times less cost than name-brand carts.

Works pretty well, but stopped it wouldn't print black for a while and I had to reload the drivers to get it to work, but now it works fine again. It is very easy to refill, though.

I have the Lexmark S405 and these were very runny, got ink all over when i opened them, they worked ok in my printer for the first few weeks, then my printer got really streaky and i had to clean the print head several times (wasting ink) then re align then clean over several cycles before i could get anything to print. Then when I changed out the black in, the second black in didn't work at all... What a waste of a brand new black ink... Also the packaging doesn't come how the picture looks. Mine had a weird computer chip on the top of it and the directions said to scratch off the carbon ribbon, for me it was way to confusing on how to make it work. not worth the ink on hands and the hassel...

Given the cost of ink for my printer this product is an excellent value for the money. Of course its not as neat as Lexmark ink in terms of loading, but its close enough! For $20 your getting 2 black and an entire round of color. Just follow the instructions and enjoy all the ink for the price of what 1 cartridge would normally cost.

I initially had trouble with the yellow cartridge for my Lexmark S605, as the printer would not recognize it. The seller shipped a yellow to replace the defective one and it works like a champ. The inks are on par with Lexmark at a much better price point. I am pleased with this purchase and the seller's customer service.

I gave four stars only because the yellow did not initially work and needed to be replaced.

This are HP genuine cartridges for our home printer. We never have had any problems with HP-made replacement cartridges. We have tried non-HP cartridges and remanufactured ones and they tend to either be duller in color saturation and/or don't last very long so we always come back to HP. I wish HP prices were cheaper for ink, but you get what you pay for. Keep in mind with these you get ink plus a brand new cartridge which includes the stuff that spews the ink precisely on the page. We will continue buying these since they are worth it.

Black ink cartridge worked fine initially but quickly ran out of ink after very few uses. Just put in the color cartridge so not yet sure if there will be the same problem.

Here's the problem with this ink. It's made for Dell p513w printers and though there's really nothing wrong with the cartridge or the ink in it, Dell decided these printers would use a TON of ink each time you decide to print. So...the cartridges don't last. This particular one is series 1 single use, it is the cheapest with the least amount of ink in it. It's basically for home use, people who don't print a whole lot. My suggestion is: 1) Buy the series 2 cartridges if you do a lot of printing or plan to print photos (they last a bit longer); and 2) set the default of your printer to quick print using black ink only. This will spare a great deal of ink and you won't accidentally print your grocery list or emails in color. I work from home mostly and print a lot of emails. I have to change cartridges about once a month, depending on how much I do.

Ink ran out of color cartridge after only 10 pages. Since the cost of four color cartridges exceeds the cost of the printer, it would make sense to trash the printer and go back to Canon or Epson.

This is the first time I ordered these cheap inks. I believe they are refills. In both packs the color ones are not recognized by my printer. I will not recommend buying these and I myself will never buy this kind of products again.

THIS INK DOES NOT WORK IN EPSON PRINTERS, AFTER REPLACING THE EPSON BRAND CARTRIDGES WITH THIS PRODUCT, MY PRINTER ONLY "PRINTED" BLANK PAGES. SO, I CONTACTED EPSON TECH SUPPORT FOR WHAT I THOUGHT WOULD BE MINOR TROUBLESHOOTING. BUT, IT ACTUALLY, THE CARTRIDGES COULD NOT BE READ AT ALL AND THE INK LEAKED ONTO ROLLER. THIS RESULTED IN MY PRINTER BEING DAMAGED AND I HAD TO BUY A NEW PRINTER SINCE THE COST TO REPAIR WAS SIMILAR TO THE REPLACEMENT COST.

I needed the ink in 3/4 days. It took much longer to arrive. If you are in a hurry for the ink, this isn't the one to order. On a positive note, it was economical. I just inserted it into my printer last night. I'll add later comments when I have used it a bit.

Arrived as expected.

I put 10 ml into my HP 61 ink cartridge and it prints great. The HP 61 XL will hold more since the sponge is larger.

The HP 1055 printer keeps track of how many prints it prints on a specific cartridge so the low ink level will show low even if it is full (refilled). Just ignore the low ink light. The light goes on and off sometimes. Printed 50+ page document with no problem 3 weeks after refill.

Don't over fill your cartridge and it won't leak.

Keep the original sticker on top and reapply after. If you poke a hole in the label, then tape it back up.

Don't let the cartridge dry out. Fill it as soon as it goes low or fill it when you think it is about to go low (when you use the printer a lot).

To store my spare ink cartridge, I seal the head with a little clear MAGIC SCOTCH tape and put it in a zip-lock bag with air removed.

To clean the head, I just used clean, HOT water. Some people use alcohol. I fill a plate with a little water (1 mm depth) and place the head facing down in the plate and let it sit for awhile.

Oh, wear disposable gloves and protect any surface or cloths you don't want stained.

Clean the syringe completely after every use with water. I used WARM water.

Just cannot wait to fill the color cartridge.

But I can't find enough info to tell if this set will work with my printer or not. This item comes with a card directing you to their website for instructions. There, after entering my printer and cartridge models, it tells me that my cartridges aren't refillable because the chips can't be reset. It then tells me which products I need, which include new empty cartridges and a different set of ink from this one. The description for that ink set is fairly detailed about what it is for. As opposed to the description for this set saying it's for 'most' printers.

Okay, we all know printer cartridges are ridiculously over-priced. The ink is made of alcohol, water and pigment. Not exactly costly stuff. That's why I LOVE this product! I've refilled both cartridges once and have PLENTY of ink left. I'll probably get 10 refills out of each bottle for less than the price of ONE cartridge. The only thing I'd change is to add some instructions or at least print a web address on the labels so that it's easier to find out how to do this if you haven't done it before. I did a little snooping and found instructions online. In no time, they were refilled, in my printer, and going strong. Highly, highly recommend this product!
