My printer could not recognize this cartridge so I just threw it in the trash too much of a hassle to try to contact the vendor ( Vivamart) and request a replacement/refund. Upon inspection I found very poor quality control as the connection point (tape with gold dots) was pulling away in one corner. Obviously abused in its former life. I will not be purchasing from this vendor in the future and suggest you avoid them too.

The Color ink that i got was open and did not even work! it looked old and used. The black in was sealed but the quality is horrible. The ink is smudged and not clear. I will never buy it again,

I hesitated when buying these, but it still was cheaper in the end even though 4 of the 16 aren't compatable with my copier. The 4 (2 photo magenta's and 2 photo cyan's) look different packaging-wise too. There are the other cyan's and magenta's anyway that worked for me. One did leak a little but I made sure I opened it over the cardboard so it didn't matter. I'd buy again secondary to the price (even with 4 not being compatable).

No problems yet. I use the cannon mp970. It was such a great deal I was afraid it wouldn't work. As far as I can see it works fine and shows up on the ink level screen from the printer. I bought it with the assumtion it wouldn't be a great ink for pictures or archival quality at this price. My printing is usually for general home documents and kids school work and it has done fine for that.

I've ordered compatible ink several different times from different online retailers. These cartriges have ink compartment that takes up about 1/3 of the cartrige and a sponge that takes up the remaining 2/3. There is barely any ink in them! I held this cartridge up against one purchased from another retailer and it had much less ink! The other cartridge cost about the same (not a premium ink)but the sponge was about 1/5 and the ink reservoir was the remaining 4/5.

The ink seems to be good quality and it has made some nice prints (not sure how they will hold up yet), but for the price I would try my luck with something else that will probably have more ink.

This item description is very misleading. These are technically HP cartridges but they are NOT genuine or OEM. They are used, relabeled then refilled and not very well at that. The Cyan and Magenta dripped ink as I removed the caps and the printer immediately detected them as expired. The Yellow was only half full. The other two colors I can't tell because they are expired cartridges. When the printer detects that, what happens on my model is that it disables all the info and reporting. The printer still works but it reports the cartridges as empty. After I played with it for half an hour the Yellow now also reports empty.

The add does not say anything about used and refilled cartridges. I can get this same result by having my own old cartridges refilled locally for half the price.

You have lost a customer and I hope this review helps a few others avoid your misleading tactics.

I'm not sure if this is actually factory OEM ink as the cartridges last for just a few pages. I printed about 50 pages with a little bit of color on them and all 3 are now done. How could all colors run out at the same time? If I had known these were garbage I would've just bought some 3rd party ones or had mine refilled.

The Casio CD/DVD printer is not only a better alternative than Lightscribe printing but actually cheaper! I use the printer connected to the PC and not stand alone because you get better control and quality while connected to the PC. You have different colored ink cartridges to choose from and you can print on any brand of DVD disc. Lightscribe technology is very limited and costly in that it can only print in black & white on special DVD discs only which average around $1 each. These print cartridges from Casio cost about $7 each through Amazon and will yield about (30) DVD disc printing on the top and bottom of each. You go figure which is more cost effective let alone more quality with creativity!

This is my 2nd order. My 1st order is exactly as shown on your web site. When I ordered the 2nd time because the black cartridge from the 1st order is not printing correctly (The black print is getting lighter and lighter.) When I get the 2nd order, I replaced the Magenta cartridge from the 1st order which is not printing and the replaced Magenta cartridge works fine. I repeated the same for the black cartridge but it did not work at all. I think there is something wrong with my magenta printer head. I don't think that the cartridges on my 2nd order are refillable. In spite of all the problems, I think your refillable ink is a great product for the price (especially, when there is no shipping charges.)

I purchased these back in March and have been using them ever since. The ink that comes in them has slightly clogged my printer heads, though the Brother's nightly cleaning and cleaning options have enabled me to clear them out whenever that has become a problem.

They aren't quite as shown -the refillable hole is on the side that goes into the printer and I'm not sure how to refill them. I wish there was a more accurate picture and explanation for how to refill them properly.

Other than that -$5 for a full set of these cartridges is pretty awesome!

this 16 pack was at a great price. so far the cartridges are working out fine. i do a lot of printing for work and need to replace the black often. so far the prints have been clean and very clear. i can not tell the difference between these cartridges and the brother brand name ones. the package came in good condition and in a timely manner. i will buy more again from this company at this nice price. i hope this review helps you decide.

The back of the cartridges I purchased had a different geometry/configuration than the genuine Brother LC-41. Consequently, the "compatible" cartridges I purchased did not fit my printer. Complete waste of $.

Don't buy this product the cartridges does not work. I'm still waiting for the manufacturer to give me my money back. At first I was excited that I finally found the ink that I needed for my printer but was very disappointed when they didn't work after installation. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
