This is my 2nd order. My 1st order is exactly as shown on your web site. When I ordered the 2nd time because the black cartridge from the 1st order is not printing correctly (The black print is getting lighter and lighter.) When I get the 2nd order, I replaced the Magenta cartridge from the 1st order which is not printing and the replaced Magenta cartridge works fine. I repeated the same for the black cartridge but it did not work at all. I think there is something wrong with my magenta printer head. I don't think that the cartridges on my 2nd order are refillable. In spite of all the problems, I think your refillable ink is a great product for the price (especially, when there is no shipping charges.)

I purchased these back in March and have been using them ever since. The ink that comes in them has slightly clogged my printer heads, though the Brother's nightly cleaning and cleaning options have enabled me to clear them out whenever that has become a problem.
They aren't quite as shown -the refillable hole is on the side that goes into the printer and I'm not sure how to refill them. I wish there was a more accurate picture and explanation for how to refill them properly.
Other than that -$5 for a full set of these cartridges is pretty awesome!
