I have always had good luck with my purchases. Unfortunately not this time. The cartridge did not work and I needed to return it to the manufacturer, and I didn't even get compensated for the return postage.

Don't buy this product the cartridges does not work. I'm still waiting for the manufacturer to give me my money back. At first I was excited that I finally found the ink that I needed for my printer but was very disappointed when they didn't work after installation. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

I don't print much so this should last a long time. Only issue was when installing. Printer wouldn't recognize new cartridge until I unplugged it and restarted. So, check the web if you have any installation issues.

I am very pleased with the Dell Black cartridge. I also ordered the color cartridge and both were delivered in a timely manner. I had no problem replacing old ones with the new ones. I will always buy my ink cartridges from Amazon.

Product order acknowledged the same day. Evidently shipped right away, because it came in the minimum time frame claimed. The product was new, in-the-box, exactly as described. Installed and working as good as any from anyone. Totally satisfied... I Recommend them!!!
