I bought two color cartridges. One was defective. The vendor won't replace it because I bought it more than 30 days ago. This is an unreasonable policy because there is no way I could have used up the first cartridge within 30 days. Beware buying more cartridges than you can test within the return period!

but for non-critical work they are just fine. I've even printed a few photos on Epson-branded photo paper and they do pretty well on matching the color temperatures of the name brand. In fairness, I have used other brands which were too strong on reds, or appeared bleached out ... I cannot fault these, particularly in light of the price!
