I order this 4 pks pre-filled inks and it arrived on time. The printer recognize these ink instantly. The quality of these inks are also good, I can hardly tell the print difference from these to that of the original inks. I would recommend these inks to anyone.

First, I have to commend this seller on their customer service. One of the ink cartridges burst during shipping and bled out on all of the others, contaminating them with ink. I called the customer service line and said exactly that all they asked for was a picture of the damaged cartridges and an email to their customer service address. I had replacements within 3 days and spent less than 10 minutes on the whole process.

Then for the actual product you have to remove one of the tabs for an air tab as stated in the 3 line directions (which have pictures). A little counter-intuitively the air plug is actually below the ink plug, and that's the one that needs to be removed. If you remove the wrong one, the printer will work fine for about 50-100 pages before it just can't get that ink out. Took me a while to figure out what was wrong, but the second I removed the right plug it started working again.

Also, be careful when filling the ink from the bottle it doesn't take as much as you would think given how long it lasts. And fill over a sink or some surface not easily stained your first few tries. It's really not hard after your first time, but if you do happen to spill, the ink is so concentrated it takes some time to clean up (just have to ring out the sponge over and over, ink just keeps coming out)

At this point I've printed a bit over 1,000 pages and everything works wonderfully. Would absolutely buy again and have already recommended this product.

I don't know if Brother is still selling the model MFC-J615W all-in-one printer that I bought over a year ago, but I bought this set of pre-filled refillable cartridges and bottles of ink at the time I bought the printer, and it has saved me so much on ink, I can hardly believe it! I print a lot, and I have only had to refill these cartridges once since I had them, the bottles are still very full, and the print quality is great. I highly recommend this product.
