11-28-12 Well, the product is great BUT DON'T ever fall for the free inK for life. If you go to you will have to look for awhile but they have one page of "free ink for life" as well as what they charge per item for shipping. You can rest assured that I once again will ALWAYS come back to Amazon.com and Amazon prime
