Ditto the AMAZINGLY FAST shipping! It's like they shipped my order before I sent it!? I did receive by mistake 2 blues and no yellow (had to run out to a store 30+ miles away to get one)! I contacted the company and they shipped not only the correct ink, but an additional set to apologize (and make up for the cost of gas/paying for a more expensive ink cartridge). I'm a customer for life! No problems with splotching, leaking, etc. All of my packages were SEALED in original cardboard and foil packaging. BRAND NEW!! NOT REFILLS.

The ink is great. Shipping was freaky fast. I just was disappointed when I openned the package and found out that I received a HP 940xl black and regular HP 940 cyan, magenta, and yellow. It was my bad for not reading carefully but if it were a little more apparent, I would of just brought all the HP 940xls individually from amazon directly with super saver shipping. It is cheaper by a few dollars and it prints more pages for almost the same price.

Having four separate color cartridges makes sense for maximum ink longevity. I previously had an HP printer that required the all-in-one color cartridge. The downside for the all-in-one color cartridge is that the colors don't get used at a constant rate, so there would still be ink remaining for two of the three colors at time of disposal.

First of all, I get great results with Xerox ink sticks.

I am not too picky, but there are problems with other inks I have tried.

I have never been stuck unable to print with other inks, but I can tell you about the difference in quality because I have ran two other "generic" brands through my printer.

One of those brands is a major name in the non-genuine inks, but I will leave their name off this review because I found similar results with the other generic ink.

The generic brand inks all fed just fine through the printer, but in general it is MUCH easier to mistakenly put these inks in the wrong slot. May seem like a minor deal because the colors are obvious, but I once accidentally dropped one and it fell in the wrong slot. It was a real pain to dig it back out. With Xerox inks the shapes are much better designed to only fit in the correct slot.

Then there is the print quality. For most colors, it's "decent", not exceptional with the generics. Maybe not a big enough difference for most people to pay extra for the Xerox.

The BLACK ink is a big difference. Off brands are not black, they are charcoal grey. And this is just the most obvious color issue. The other colors with Xerox inks are all more rich.

But the BIG issue is darkening. In my printer, if I am not printing volumes such that I run through the ink in a month, the ink DARKENS and oxidizes in the printer. Then the colors look awful. Everything printed looks sort of sepia toned. Yuck. How do you fix it? You have to print through all your ink on roughly 100 pages of solid color (i.e. 100 pages of cyan if the cyan is oxidized, etc)!! The vendor told me to run through ALL MY INK to get rid of what's in the printer. It's all trashed! Then, this super high volume of ink printing generated streaks on those print colors which took another several hundred pages to eliminate.

It's just not worth the hassle. I switched back to nothing but Xerox now, and it's been much nicer.

I'd give Xerox inks 5 stars if they could just bring the price down about 15% or so.

I stock an extra supply of ink, so it's often sitting in my drawer for a few months before I unwrap each block of ink. One of the three in this package was broken, and it's unusable. I contacted the vendor when I opened it and saw the problem. I asked for a replacement, but would have been happy with a partial credit. Here is their response. I'm trying to find a way to contact Amazon about this, since it's been more than 30 days since I placed the order. I haven't found that, so I'm posting here.

The outside packages were not damaged it came looking fine, but the ink inside the package was broken in two.

When I ordered this product, there was no mention of the Return Cartridge Program (which I have stayed away from and know nothing about). The product I received was a Color Return Program Cartridge 37xl. I believe a mistake was made, but I really need the Ink. I did not exactly receive what I ordered but I'm going to give it a try.

After reading all the reviews that in a roundabout way accuse HP of corporate sabotage--i.e., refusing to recognize competitors' cartridges or reading full competitors' cartridges as empty or nearly so--I was reluctant to try but, on the other hand, HP's overpriced cartridges are so expensive that who but corporate and government offices can really afford them, these days? So I chose these because there were no negative reviews. The cartridges arrived quickly and in good condition. The first one I plugged in was rejected by HP. Upon inspection I could see nothing wrong with it. The enclosed FAQ suggested doing a full reset, but this initiates a head cleaning, which wastes about 20% of the cartridge and I don't want to waste the OEM color cartridges that are still more than half full, so I replaced the black refill with the second refill. This time it worked perfectly. The rejected cartridge is obviously full despite that HP claimed it was almost empty. From the reviews of other rebuilt and refilled cartridges this strikes me as sabotage on the part of HP. To my knowledge there is nothing illegal about that. We validate HP's vicious behavior by buying their products. The Officejet Pro 8600 is my second...and last...HP printer. I will not buy anymore of their products until they stop this kind of behavior. HP has lost me as a customer. As for the MPC Direct remanufactured HP 950XL black ink cartridge, despite that HP wasted one of them, for the price it's still a better deal than buying one HP OEM cartridge, and I intend to buy more of these.

Works great in my epson printer, especially since they don't sell the store brand at staples or office depot anymore. The one thing I do notice is that you need to deep clean your printer heads, and align and use que tips w/alcohol, which I'm guessing may be the type of ink... or that my printer doesn't use much of the ink that often. I am on my 4th Brother PC-201 ink cartridge and never had any problem with them. They never seem to run out of ribbon but eventually my fax I use for making copies for everybody in neighborhood does come to an end. I always keep one spare around . It is worth every penney you spend on it. Very simple to install in fax machine.

This is an excellent product. No leaks and high quality printing with my hp officejet J6480 (which has also been a great and trouble free product). I had one cartridge that wouldn't print, called Sophia Global on the supplied contact number, was greeted by a courteous representative and was shipped a replacement immediately with no questions asked and without being required to go through the hassle of returning the defective cartridge. The lack of access to printer levels is not a major issue, as the originally manufactured HP cartridges are designed to show low or no levels when the printer has substantial quantities of ink left (so you end up having to run the cartridges dry in any event). The only downside is that using these cartridges offers such extraordinary savings that I am postponing buying a new HP 8600e printer because Sophia doesn't yet have cartridges available for that model.

Cheap 2 Pack + 2 Black of Total 10 Remanufactured 60 Ink Cartridges 60

I ordered these cartridges because they were advertised as being compatible with my Epson CX4800 printer. When I installed them in the printer, everything seemed to be okay...the printer seemed to have no trouble recognizing that the empty carttridges had been replaced with full ones. (Epson printers will not print at all if one of the cartridges is empty... :( ) But when I went to print a document, the ink did not come out of the newly installed cartridge. I tried both the magenta and the black, and neither worked. When I contacted the seller, I was given a long laundry list of things to do to the printer to make these things print--most of which I had already done. The cartridges were not the same design as the ones I had replaced (which were cheap knock-offs as well, not regular Epson cartridges, and I had no trouble with THEM.) I suspect the design difference had something to do with these things being non-functional in my printer, and I communicated as much to the seller. Seller kept sending me list after list of things to "try" to get these things to print. Long story short, if I have to do everything but drop the printer off a tall building and jump up and down on it to get these cartridges to work, they are not worth even the cheap price I paid for them. If you have a CX4800 printer, DO NOT BUY THESE.

I purchased this product in March, junk, had to take printer offline replace with new one while I waited for head cleaning cartridges from another supplier. Hopefully I will be able to save the clogged c88 printer. Today got email from this supplier asking "If we offer some discount on your order, are you willing to remove your feedback?". So I just went online and can't find the one star feedback I originally gave this supplier so I am posting again. There's something wrong with the rating system if the vendor can remove and or hide negative feedback. So I paid $13.70 for their junk cartridges, paid an additional $29.95 for head cleaning cartridges from another supplier to try and save a two month old c88 clogged by the vendors product on this page. I'm sure they will hide this again.

These didn't work for our printer as the printer continued to state we didn't have ink. We attempted to contact their customer service, but the instructions they gave us were long and detailed (very time consuming); the first email they sent, we followed the process except for a couple less reasonable requests (ie. "Placing a double layer of tape on the back side to make the chip for a more snug fit", "Shave off a bit of the epoxy bump to get good contract with the connectors below the cartridge"), then when we replied it didn't work they sent ANOTHER email with another long set of things to try to fix it. We just gave up. There's too many cartridges in the set to go through a good 10-12 steps with each cartridge.

We managed to get one to work, but otherwise we had tons of ink cartridges that were completely full and not working.

You need to be careful with re-manufactured ink cartridges. I highly recommend that you purchase the minimum lot to see whether or not these will work with your printer. Like an idiot, I though "Oh gee! look at that price! I shall buy a bunch!"

Well, these things did not work, and I tossed them all into the recycling bin.

On the positive side delivery was fast, Negatives cartridges were not labeled with the color, just a number on some of the packages. Some were not labeled at all, have to guess what color they are. My printer would not accept these at first, contacted the seller and was told to try various steps to make them function with my particular printer. I feel I should not have to make all these maneuvers and waste time trying to make them work. Will not order again.

Be very cautious when purchasing printer cartridges. I recently purchased an HP 58 cartridge through Amazon. It was printing photos with a very noticeable green tint. A test page revealed the light magenta was not printing correctly. I tried cleaning the print head and contacts to no avail. I ended up purchasing another cartridge from a local office supply. It works fine. That's when I noticed an expiration date on the box and cartridge. The one purchased locally had an expiration date in 2012. The one I purchased through Amazon had an expiration date in mid-2009. It was over a year past the expiration date when I received it. MAKE SURE YOU LOOK AT THE DATE ON THE BOX BEFORE YOU OPEN IT!!!

Seriously, this vendor stinks! The cartridge did not come in a box; only in the foil envelope which is normally within a box. The date on the foil envelope was Oct04. Whether this was the manufacture date or the expiration date it makes no difference. This cartridge was much too old (more than 7 years), and it speaks very poorly of this vendor, pcInk, to try and sell it. I requested a return which they honored, but with a shipping label with which I had to pay for the return shipping, although I stated that the item received was different than what was advertised. Well, its not worth arguing with them about $3 return postage, but I'll never buy from them again. Be wary if you decide to buy from pcInk.

If I can rate zero star, I would. It was a complete waste of money.

1) Did not come in a box as shown on picture, but individual wrapping.

2) Printing was awful. Seem black tone was missing or super low. Photo color was very botchy and not smooth. Very unacceptable quality.

I was weary, but figured I would give it a shot because most issues seemed to be getting resolved with this company. I would like to give a zero star if I could. I bought this HP78 ink cartridge and found the yellow and green ink has been dried for a long time when the package was first open. All the color prints look pinkish red. I tried to contact the seller through the Amazon email system because they "guarantee the quality". The seller never responded. I have to toss this one in trash and feel real sorry that I bought this junk cartridge from this irresponsible seller. I should have read and listened to the other negative comments that preceded my comment. If you think this reduced price is cheap, stop, it is not cheap for a useless cartridge. You can get a much better one for the same price from other sources. Again, I strongly recommend that buyers beware, this product is a piece of real junk and the seller will play deaf ear with you!

Although the description says it would fit my DeskJet 895 series printer, the electrical connections were different than the existing one and this stuck the printer in an out of ink mode. I attempted to clear that mode, but according to the manual, the flashing ink error cannot be cleared. I am usually quite technical and could not get this to work in my printer. Luckily I don't really need color very often, it was more a "nice-to-have" so I just left the empty color one in their so it would print.
