I am giving these refills 2 thumbs up! I just finished printing a project that was high color and 180 pages long, and the color ink is still going strong. Sure, my printer won't acknowledge the ink levels, but for the $115 that I save, I can handle checking the printing process every so often. When I usually buy remanufactured cartridges, they tend to leak and be ruined; however, these arrived fully intact with NO leaks. I truly will buy again because it fit my HP J6480 like a charm and are performing perfectly!!

This is an excellent product. No leaks and high quality printing with my hp officejet J6480 (which has also been a great and trouble free product). I had one cartridge that wouldn't print, called Sophia Global on the supplied contact number, was greeted by a courteous representative and was shipped a replacement immediately with no questions asked and without being required to go through the hassle of returning the defective cartridge. The lack of access to printer levels is not a major issue, as the originally manufactured HP cartridges are designed to show low or no levels when the printer has substantial quantities of ink left (so you end up having to run the cartridges dry in any event). The only downside is that using these cartridges offers such extraordinary savings that I am postponing buying a new HP 8600e printer because Sophia doesn't yet have cartridges available for that model.

The cartridges arrived in time. I very recently installed them in my HP Printer. The B&W seems to be fine but the Color produces very grainy pictures. I have not installed the second set but I do not think I will get any more 75XL remanufactured, at least not from this vendor, no matter what inspections they have gone through. I am adding to this review 3 weeks later after both sets of

cartridges stopped being recognized by my HP printer. The first set worked marginly for 3 weeks before they gave up the ghost. I contacted Amazon & received a full refund. I would not buy a thing from this vendor

The refills work ok but I was really impressed when I emailed Sophia Global to report a failed cartridge. They replaced it right away no questions asked. I'm not complaining but I would have also liked a return envelope for the failed cartridge. Thanks again Sophia Global, I will buy from you again.
