I ordered these cartridges because they were advertised as being compatible with my Epson CX4800 printer. When I installed them in the printer, everything seemed to be okay...the printer seemed to have no trouble recognizing that the empty carttridges had been replaced with full ones. (Epson printers will not print at all if one of the cartridges is empty... :( ) But when I went to print a document, the ink did not come out of the newly installed cartridge. I tried both the magenta and the black, and neither worked. When I contacted the seller, I was given a long laundry list of things to do to the printer to make these things print--most of which I had already done. The cartridges were not the same design as the ones I had replaced (which were cheap knock-offs as well, not regular Epson cartridges, and I had no trouble with THEM.) I suspect the design difference had something to do with these things being non-functional in my printer, and I communicated as much to the seller. Seller kept sending me list after list of things to "try" to get these things to print. Long story short, if I have to do everything but drop the printer off a tall building and jump up and down on it to get these cartridges to work, they are not worth even the cheap price I paid for them. If you have a CX4800 printer, DO NOT BUY THESE.

I purchased this product in March, junk, had to take printer offline replace with new one while I waited for head cleaning cartridges from another supplier. Hopefully I will be able to save the clogged c88 printer. Today got email from this supplier asking "If we offer some discount on your order, are you willing to remove your feedback?". So I just went online and can't find the one star feedback I originally gave this supplier so I am posting again. There's something wrong with the rating system if the vendor can remove and or hide negative feedback. So I paid $13.70 for their junk cartridges, paid an additional $29.95 for head cleaning cartridges from another supplier to try and save a two month old c88 clogged by the vendors product on this page. I'm sure they will hide this again.

These didn't work for our printer as the printer continued to state we didn't have ink. We attempted to contact their customer service, but the instructions they gave us were long and detailed (very time consuming); the first email they sent, we followed the process except for a couple less reasonable requests (ie. "Placing a double layer of tape on the back side to make the chip for a more snug fit", "Shave off a bit of the epoxy bump to get good contract with the connectors below the cartridge"), then when we replied it didn't work they sent ANOTHER email with another long set of things to try to fix it. We just gave up. There's too many cartridges in the set to go through a good 10-12 steps with each cartridge.

We managed to get one to work, but otherwise we had tons of ink cartridges that were completely full and not working.

You need to be careful with re-manufactured ink cartridges. I highly recommend that you purchase the minimum lot to see whether or not these will work with your printer. Like an idiot, I though "Oh gee! look at that price! I shall buy a bunch!"

Well, these things did not work, and I tossed them all into the recycling bin.

Oh well!

On the positive side delivery was fast, Negatives cartridges were not labeled with the color, just a number on some of the packages. Some were not labeled at all, have to guess what color they are. My printer would not accept these at first, contacted the seller and was told to try various steps to make them function with my particular printer. I feel I should not have to make all these maneuvers and waste time trying to make them work. Will not order again.
