I received the cartridge in an acceptable time frame. I am not satisfied with the black color of the ink. The black prints out in more of a gray color. I contacted the seller and they said I should use a separate black cartridge. I owned this printer for about ten years and I have been through dozens of cartridges. The printer came with one cartridge and I always used one cartridge. I usually buy new HP 28 cartridges because they never give me any problems.

My printer is a WF-2540. For LESS THAN the price of one black epson ink cartridge, you get 4 refurbished, and 2 of each color. I paid $19.99 after shipping. I mean, you can't beat it! My printer didn't even give the error message like other reviews have indicated, but I don't think it's a big deal at all to have to press "OK" if I did get an error message. SO GLAD I checked on Amazon before buying name brand ink! The quality is just as good. I mostly use my printer to print notes for school, and it has a very clear quality. I thought my printer might read the cartridge as only half-full (since it was refurbished), but no! It says it's a full cartridge. I never thought ink could make me so happy, but seriously. Don't even think about buying that expensive junk when you can get this for a fraction of the cost! Hooray!

First I did not receive the product. It was two day past the due date to be received. I gave them one star. They would not send product until I took off negative feedback. I refused as I felt it was not fair to take off feedback as I paid for product and did not receive. Estimate arrival time was 9/20-9/25. 9/27 was when the negative feedback was sent. We went back and forth via e-mail as I would not back down. I got Amazon involved. They were helpful and turned it into there investigative team. Cartridgeworld Still refused to send the product until I took down negative feedback. There excuse was it got lost in the mail. USPS. I sent a complaint to the USPS and found out the tracking number Cartridgeworld gave was invalid. Amazon told me they probably made the label which would start the tracking number but never sent the product. I seen a number of reviews where they used the same excuse it got lost in the mail. I ordered the product 9/16. I finally gave in and took down the negative feedback and sent another e-mail to them letting them know. It's 10/11 today and did receive the product. These cartridges are the same as other vendors sell. I will never order from CartridgeWorld again. I have never in my life had such bad service. There rating is high as they make people take off any negative feedback. I think they hope you give up. I would not. Take my advice got thru another vendor. Very disappointed. Feel Amazon should drop them as a vendor. All is document in email. From my messages to Cartridgeworld to Amazon to the USPS. If I could give them no star I would.

This headshell works well with my old Pioneer PL-255 direct drive turntable that I've recently resurrected. I ordered it because of light weight, gold connections and price. I know that it's lighter than the original headshell (which I still have) because I have to screw the counter-balance weight much further in on the back of the tone arm.

I was concerned about vibrations in the headshell due to the light construction but I can't hear anything that would suggest that there is a problem in this regard.

I use this headshell with a new AT-120 cartridge with the original AT stylus, and set to about 1.75 grams tracking force. I set the tracking force at 1.5 grams using the Shure SFG-2, then increased the weight using the marks on the counter-balance. I thought that the cartridge sounded a bit thin at 1.5 so I set it closer to the max of 1.8 grams. Unfortunately, the counterbalance only has markings for .5 grams so I had to estimate mid-way between 1.5 and 2.0 grams to get 1.75. Warmer sound, I think, than 1.5 grams. I've also adjusted the azimuth using the azimuth card that I got with my Shure M97x cartridge.

Tracking is excellent even over LPs that I recall used to skip at critical points.

No complaints at all.

A perfectly usable head shell, although it doesn't look as 'pretty' as the Technics ones I bought before. It locks on to the tone arm well, and I find no problems with its geometry. I do not necessarily like the surface finish and the excessive curvature of the "handle", but it's perfectly suitable for its purpose.

My workforce printer sucks ink at an alarming rate. Some things I have found to reduce ink usage include: 1) set default to draft and black ink only (yes, it uses color when printing b&w text), 2) use smooth finish bright white paper, 3) decrease the gamma setting, 4) increase the brightness setting a lot and decrease contrast a little. The ink itself is fine, but the cartridges have a chip that makes them not refillable, and cheap Chinese knockoff cartridges are not coming onto the market as I had hoped they would when I bought the printer. So if you are stuck with a printer that takes these cartridges, the ink is really good, just too expensive, and no relief for that appearing after a year on the market.

Ink is fast drying and non smearing. I prefer the output on this Epson printer to my Canon Pixma printer. This printer does go through Black cartridges quickly. I suggest unless you use a lot of color buying the 125 series low capacity color cartridges and coupling that with the high capacity 126 series Black cartridges. In addition, I have been able to print a good 20+ sheets in Black and White after the Epson printer ink utility states that the black cartridge is out of ink. I have not tried to use the suggestions from one of the other reviews to extend the life of black ink cartridges but I will try this. The cartridges are expensive and they do seem to get used up rapidly.

I don't often write reviews on items, however after reading the reviews for this ink cartridge, I felt I should give my side. I have had the Epson Workforce520 for almost an entire year now.

I am a grad student and also own my own business. So I do a fair amount of printing.

I have had zero problems with this ink, in fact, I have thought it to last me much, much longer than previous inks I had purchased for dell and HP printers. I am an Epson fan for life.

I guess it is one of those things that falls under the "to each their own" category, but I say if you are on the fence, at least try it. It may work to your liking.

Have the S305 but could not get this to work with my printer. Instructions state that printer may register ink as empty and to pop this tab on the top if so. Both with tab un-popped and popped, my printer read that the cartridge was not there.

Company contacted and said I would need photos to replace these. Also said they must have been damaged in transit. Neither the box nor the cartridges appeared damaged. I got a set of these a while back and they worked fine for a while and then just stopped working correctly. ( I had given them a good review at first) I thought I'd give them another try and ordered more. These came and were a different brand than the first set so I was hoping they'd do better. I put them in and they were worse than the first set. They didn't print the black at all, the other colors were streaking and the printer didn't want to work correctly. I tossed these and bought Lexmark cartridges. That was money wasted (twice) :( Lesson learned!

Compatible Ink Cartridge Replacement for HP 56 HP 57 C6656AN Review

The cartridges worked for a short period of time and then my HP PSC 1315v started giving the dreaded "E" error. The only way I could reset and get rid of the "E" was to replace these re-manufactured cartridges with the empty genuine HP cartridge. In fact, the color re-manufactured cartridge has a note that states "Please be aware that due to new programming features in printers, the ink level in this cartridge might appear empty". I believe it goes further than that. Just like some after market laptop batteries won't be given a charge by the brand name laptop, I believe these cartridges are sensed by the printer to be after market or re-manufactured printer cartridges and the printer is programmed to go into its non-functioning "E" mode. This is another example of a hi tech company saying "My (very expensive) way or the Highway". A genuine black/color combo pack of these legacy HP cartridges goes for an outrageous $65 at a well known big brick discount store. I see they are cheaper on Amazon. If you buy the genuine cartridges online with Amazon you better make darn sure 1) they are genuine HP cartridges and 2) they have a reasonable expiration date. I have already purchased two items on Amazon that had earlier than expected expiration dates. And I purchased another "new" item from the Amazon warehouse that had obviously been used before. After being a satisfied Amazon customer for years, regretfully, I must say Amazon appears to be getting a bit lax in the quality department so it comes back down to Buyer Beware, again.

I wasn't happy with the first shipment of the black cartridges as they did NOT work with my printer but then they contacted me to resolve the issue, paid for the return shipping and sent back two replacements for the one cartridges that didn't work and the new ones DO work great! I've had this printer for a while but it's been a workhorse. I didn't want to put a lot more into it so I bought this cheaper ink. I just need it to print simple text documents most of the time and then be able to ramp up quality for a few prints for a client. I could't even print simple text documents with either set of catridges without terrible streaks. This ink was a total waste I'm afraid. I haven't tried returning it yet, not sure if I can. The printer is no good if you don't get a decent enough ink to have at least fair quality prints. Lesson learned.

We ordered these cartridges for our HP DeskJet printer.

Good news:

1. Shipping was fast, the price for the 2 black, 2 color cartridges was excellent,

given the outrageously high prices for ink cartridges nowadays.

2. Tech Copy makes it very easy to find out if the cartridges will fit your printer,

I had not purchased another brand because finding the information was much more difficult.

However, beware..the ink runs on the paper if you spill even a teeny drop of water on it, even after the printed copy has dried for some time.

This does not happen with HP ink cartridge ink.

For our needs, no problem, since we do not print off anything that needs water protection.

Still to be determined is how long the cartridges will last in the printer. If the time is close to that of the original HP cartridges, we will probably want to order again, unless we can find a similarly priced set of cartridges that has more permanent ink.
