My ink stopped working after about a week. Thought the price was too good to be true, seems like that is the case.

I don't use my printer very often. I only had this product for about a 40 days and alreaday the colors are almost gone! I have to buy new ink cartridges all over again. I'm very disappointed.

Color dont work and the black after first use didn't work too... Waste of money... Better buy the original one.

I received my order promptly. When I went to install the black cartridge, it leaked. I contacted them concerning this and the IMMEDIATELY shipped a replacement at no additional charge. Not only was this handled quickly, their prices are fantastic. I will continue buying ink cartridges from them in the future.
