Just started to use these. The 1st one died in 10 to 15 pages . I contacted Seller but no response. At that time the 2nd seemed ok. Days later, I went to print a letter, and guess what empty ink. The second cartridge got about 10 pages! I was hoping that the 1st one was a fluke but 2 out of 2 means I will never do business with them again especially since they failed to respond to my initial gripe.

This product works great and saves you a lot of money. A hint to installing is to use tape or a file label when you replace the to label. If the holes where you install the ink are not sealed properly the ink continues to run out the head and make a mess.

Let me start off by saying that the black ink insert works fine and the ability to look in and see your ink level is neat. The problem is that the color inserts don't work very well. If I am going to print anything in color, I have to run a clean cycle on my printer (every time). And even after that... the color quality is fair at best.

Overall... its very economical, but you should old expect "draft" quality with color printing.

These inks were not adaptable with my printer.They worked fine for a day, then I ran into allot of problems thereafter. While printing the colors would come out all distorted,even after cleaning the printer heads numerous times, like the directions state. The chips failed to work,one color ink ran out totally without any chip indication. I would constantly have to refill each cartridge.And also very messy to refill each cartridge. Man what a BAD EXPERIENCE, NEVER AGAIN!!!!! I wouldn't recommend this product.

The product has always been absolutely no problem. Prints beautifully and quickly. I had to get the real ink cartarages for my printer, which does cost more than those refilled ones but I've had problems in the past with other printers and the "fake ink". The ink was delivered very quickly and before it was even needed, so I didn't need to worry about running out. This type of printer does use ink up quickly, especially when printing pictures.

Both sets of cartridges stopped working for me and refused to be recognized by the printer as "full" even though neither set had seen much use. Pulling the cartridges out, they did not feel empty. Last thing I need is a printer that won't print on the occasions that I need it, so my next purchase was for actual, reliable HP branded cartridges. Though the low price on these was enticing, the actual mileage I got out of them was not worth the price.

My printer had a little bit of a hard time adjusting to the refurbished cartridges, just as Sophia Global had predicted, but in the end took them. It went through series of calibrations that took a little while. So far, I have no problems with or complaints about the cartridges, hopefully they would last as long as the new ones. Sophia Global says they are completely full although the printer says they are not. I hesitated to put a higher rating because I have never used this item before and am still unsure of it. When it is time for me to put in the second set of cartridges (there are 4 in the package 2 black and 2 color), I would be more confident with my rating.

Ink works great in my Canon MP500. The Blacks aren't as black as the canon ink but that can only really be noticed when you hold pictures printed with both inks side by side. I don't print pictures at home though, so this ink is great for me! (I like the glossy professionally printed pictures for my walls better.)

We ordered these cartridges for our HP DeskJet printer.

Good news:

1. Shipping was fast, the price for the 2 black, 2 color cartridges was excellent,

given the outrageously high prices for ink cartridges nowadays.

2. Tech Copy makes it very easy to find out if the cartridges will fit your printer,

I had not purchased another brand because finding the information was much more difficult.

However, beware..the ink runs on the paper if you spill even a teeny drop of water on it, even after the printed copy has dried for some time.

This does not happen with HP ink cartridge ink.

For our needs, no problem, since we do not print off anything that needs water protection.

Still to be determined is how long the cartridges will last in the printer. If the time is close to that of the original HP cartridges, we will probably want to order again, unless we can find a similarly priced set of cartridges that has more permanent ink.

Best Primera 53377 Black-dye based Ink for LX-810 Deals

This product is specialized for the LX810 Label Printer from Primera. The color output in and of itself is satisfactory. The major drawbacks are a lack of recycling of used cartridges and the low yield for quality prints.

The printer itself also does not allow for edge to edge label printing.
