Just started to use these. The 1st one died in 10 to 15 pages . I contacted Seller but no response. At that time the 2nd seemed ok. Days later, I went to print a letter, and guess what empty ink. The second cartridge got about 10 pages! I was hoping that the 1st one was a fluke but 2 out of 2 means I will never do business with them again especially since they failed to respond to my initial gripe.

1st Item installed and after alignment check error message was replace cartridge installed 2nd cartridge and immediatly had replace cartridge. Was given full refund and ordered "New" cartridge no more problems.

These refurbished cartridges worked well and seem to be better than the ones I got refilled at my local cartridge refiller. They are a good value.
