I bought this ink system to use with my Epson Workforce 1100. I am a screen printer and was having to buy ink weekly to print films. I am not tech-y at all, but had this thing hooked up and printing in 20 minutes. I searched youtube for the installation videos and just watched them all, lol. It made installing it a snap! I have been using this system for a few weeks now and the only complaint I have is that the t-bar doesn't hold worth a darn. I added some duct tape support and its flawless now. I will be buying this for my invoice printer (Epson Workforce 520) and adding a sublimation CISS with another 1100. I'll update on those printers as well.

Conclusion: Buy it, save yourself the cost of ink!!

Print a little each day and this baby will work for you. The auto matic chip worked fine, whenever one color would show empty i'd remove and replace them all.

I have had this unit for about 6 months and have had no issues since. I used it a lot for 11x17 full color prints and other misc. things and it has been flawless every time. When it does need to be reset it is a little difficult to remove the cartridges and put them back but its a small price to pay. The other issue I ran into is if there is air in the tubes that lead to the ink cartridges you will have to raise the ink tanks higher to have the ink flow better. This takes fine tuning and once you get it working it is best to see if it works when you set the tanks level with the cartridges. This is to prevent excess ink from going through the printer. Overall it is a good product and definitely worth the money in the long run.

I bought this to help save money. Instead I lost a whole lot. We damaged our Epson Workforce 1100 by placing it in wrong. A technician told us that we probably caused the ink to go too quickly to the head. That was $150.00 down the drain.

its good. Dont forget to buy/build a waste tank and the reset switch so you don't have to take it out and reset it every time the driver software thinks the ink is gone.
