Remanufactured HP 28 cartridge did not work. Did not print and was not recognized by printer to calibrate. Returned it and bought a new cartridge from a local retailer. New cartridge costs a lot more but when you factor in the hassle factor, it was a bargain.

I received the cartridge in an acceptable time frame. I am not satisfied with the black color of the ink. The black prints out in more of a gray color. I contacted the seller and they said I should use a separate black cartridge. I owned this printer for about ten years and I have been through dozens of cartridges. The printer came with one cartridge and I always used one cartridge. I usually buy new HP 28 cartridges because they never give me any problems.
