After trying the cheap import look-a-likes I orederd these from Amazon. They come in a plastic bag, but each cartridge is in their own factory sealed package. Who needs the box? They are real genuine Brother cartridges and work fine, no problems and not the first time I've used these from Amazon.

This is NOT genuine Brother ink! My friend used ink that was not manufactured by Brother. It ruined his printer. No where on the packaging or the cartridge does it say Brother. I have Brother ink and it has the word Brother on the vacume seal. This is fraud!!!

Costly? Yes, but less so than if purchased at local office supply stores. If you love your printer don't settle for substitutes. Trust me when I say that I tried to save money by buying substitutes and that proved to be a rather bothersome and unsatisfactory experience. Two cartridges arrived damaged and two more didn't work at all. My printer didn't `like' them as they tended to leak and printing was not true to color. I ended up spending quite some time cleaning up the mess, and the savings became unimportant to me in comparison.

Also the tape you peel off of them before you use for the first time, was very loose. Normally on a NEW cartridge these give a little tug before they pull off.

My review would be right in the middle.

Nothing fancy to report here about Lexmark (Mexico) ink cartridges. They produce great quality black and white or color printing.

Pros:

Easy installation and setup

Great printing results (give props here to the printer too which is a Lexmark (Made in Mexico)

Cons:

Cartridges are small

You run out of ink pretty quick if you do a lot of printing

Too pricey (this is why buying printers is so cheap because they make money off of selling ink cartridges)

Footnote:

My next printer will be a monochrome as color printing is not important to me. Printing is expensive no matter how you look at it. The cheapest way to go is monochrome printing. One cartridge will give you several hundreds of copiies unlike these cartridges that will give you maybe 50-60 color prints.

I purchased this Dynamic Sublimation Ink a while ago, and wanted to test it a bit before reviewing it. I am very pleased with the performance and quality of this ink. I think that the most impressive part is that I haven't had to clean the print heads since I changed out the other ink to this new sublimation ink. One of the selling points of the Bowl of Cherries Dynamic Sublimation Ink is that it will not plug the heads. So far, that is an accurate statement. I didn't have any print jobs for approx. 3-4 weeks, and when I started a print job after the printer sitting idle for that length of time, I was pleasantly pleased that it printed perfect. I am using an Epson Workforce 30, and have not had any print head plugging problems since I started using this ink.

For unimportant documents, these cartridges are OK. However, for important documents that require more color, they are not so hot. But, they are still a good bargain.

I have purchased several of these kits over the years. It is an excellent product and the easiest refill kit I have every used. There is absolutely no mess or waste if you don't overfill the cartridge. The company quickly fills their orders and shipments arrive within a few days, even with regular shipping.

The key to refilling the Lexmark cartridges is not to let them run empty. The cartridges have a fuse that detects the ink level. When the ink gets low (before it runs dry) the fuse trips and then refilling the cartridge no longer works. You then can't remove the ink either since it is soaked into a sponge.

I have a Lexmark printer and the cartridges are around $25 a peace and there are 4 of them. I can refill my black cartridge 4 times with this and it only cost a 3rd of what a new cartridge does. Very good product and have not had any problems with it.

It isn't worth paying less money for an inferior product. This Epson 68 Genuine ink has worked the best in my printer and has lasted the longest. :-)

This seller has indicated that the Epson 68 Genuine ink is for the "Workforce 500, 600, 610, & 615". I have an Epson Workforce 500 so it works great! This product is fantastic. It really does last longer than the standard cartridge. I like how it comes with all the colors plus the black. I'll keep reordering as long as this company is in business, although when last I looked they only had five left.

I've always used these in my Epson NX series all-in-one seem to work fine, longevity is decent but not great. Epson ink seems to be a little more expensive than some of the direct competitors (namely an HP used previously), and have a surprisingly similar cost to my Canon inks that last a lot longer and make beautiful photos, albeit on a serious photo machine.

No worries buying these OEM (I don't need the box), they seem to be perfectly genuine. I'd always choose the 68 over the 69 as the small price increase more than makes up for the additional ink. Never tried the 97 black.

Like any inkjet printer, my Epson consumes a lot of ink cartridges. I find that I get the best results from genuine Epson cartridges, but I also find I get the best results of all if I order from Amazon seller genartworks. I've had the same Epson printer for almost 10 years now, and have used a lot of these cartridges. The genuine Epson cartridges have been fantastic: good ink, no clogs. They last a while too.

My only gripe with this cartridge is that it's not easily refillable, if at all. I've never tried, because I've never found a kit to do it.

Sure, my Epson Stylus Photo is old, but it works fine and has always used the "piano key" (and "kite" for color) ink cartridges.

No need to toss it in a landfill when there's nothing wrong with it, and buying cartridges just isn't difficult with Amazon right at my fingertips. I'll save my $$$ for something I really need.

I do notice that the printer works much better and the cartridges last longer if the machine is in regular use. If I let it sit around for several weeks without printing, it does seem to dry up and I have to run several cleaning cycles and a few bad print jobs before it's back to normal. Even black-only printing uses a bit of color, so any kind of printing will keep it functional.

I have installed only one cartridge so far, but it's performance is indistinguishable from that of Canon's cartridges. The only question now is whether the shelf life of the cartridges is sufficiently long. I use the printer primarily for printing envelopes and labels, so its use is somewhat sporadic, but occasionally involves volume. If I find that the cartridges degrade on the shelf, I will report that later.

I probably won't buy these again. I have ordered non OEM refill cartridges in the past and was pretty happy but this batch was not good. Several leaked ink, and 2 of the plastic tabs on the cartridges broke leaving them totally unusable. The ones I did use didn't seem to last very long. Wasn't happy this go around.

My 10-year-old HP desktop printer is called to action only to print black-and-white copies of downloaded crossword puzzles and other non-essential documents. I was, therefore, not interested in investing big bucks for brand-name ink.

I held my breath and ordered a package of Dataproducts remanufactured cartridges and have been very happy with their output. The cartridges work well, last well and produce crisp pages.

My only complaint -the same as with all remanufactured cartridges -is the constant "need ink" message from my HP software (because non-HP cartridges lack the chip that monitors supply). Besides that annoyance, the only way to know when the cartridge needs to be replaced is when the last dregs of ink have been used and the copy is unreadable.

Because of the chip problem, I recommend keeping a spare on hand. When the spare cartridge goes in, an order for new ones goes out.

Slight criticism: I wish they'd send the cartridge with a return envelope enabling me to recycle spent units.

I purchased this remanufactured toner and put it on the shelve. Later when I installed it, it printed worse than than the one I just removed. After running about 15 sheets of print (I was hoping it would start printing normally) it wasn't getting any better. When I tried to return it for a replacement, I found out I only had 30 days to do so, and the time had expired. I feel cheated. I have to give this one star. I would give it zero stars if possible. Don't buy from this company!

I have to admit , i was skeptical about purchasing ink , refilling cartridges , and having them work in my hp printer. i had heard that hp's sometimes don't work with refilled cartridges . Anyway, it was a piece of cake and works perfectly !!!!! looks just like the hp ink i used to buy at the store ( and got completely ripped off on ).This ink was $12.00 for a huge bottle ( with shipping included), came with syringe , not messy at all , took a few minutes to fill cartridge and put into printer. so far so good. looking at the size of the bottle and how much ink i used to fill one cartridge , i figure i should be able to fill the cartridge about 12 times , which comes out to $1.00 per full cartridge as opposed to $15.00 per new cartridge purchased at the store. that's a huge savings !!!! gonna get the color kit next . the only issue i'm having is that my printer lights are blinking and reading the cartridge as empty when it's full. don't know how to reset it . not really a big deal though, i just put a small piece of electrical tape over the lights ....lol....I usually just use my eye anyway , and i can see on my prints when the ink is getting low.

Make sure to adjust color intensity on printer. At first it printed a navy blue color. I had to adjust to the highest level to print black. This of course means more ink will be consumed.
