Not sure if I should blame the ink cartridges or my printer... Printer head nozzle clogged and even after flushing out clog numerous times and running many cleanings, and nozzle checks, head alignments etc, could only get test sheets to print wasting lots of ink each deep cleaning cycle and when I'd go to actually print a document the printer would stop show a print error and not print. I tried for hours to troubleshoot only for my printer to die. It won't even power on. After reading many tech blogs I think that due to the initial nozzle clog there was a component that overheated. Not really sure. Contacted this seller on how to return unused product for pro-rated return and they actually very promptly emailed me back to assist and offered a full refund. I would buy from them again in the future based solely on their customer service.

I've had these cartridges for a couple months now. I've used a few so far and have not had any problems. I've printed a couple pictures and the quality of the print seems fine. After I've used several more, I may come back here and post an update. That's the reason for a 4 star rating. Just haven't had long enough and used enough to feel convinced enough for 5 star.

Using in PIXMA MX 860. I don't print color photos, but regular printed pages look just fine to me. I've only used two cartridges so far but they load just as easily as OEM Canon cartridges, do not leak (so far), and the printer accepts them as gracefully as the OEM cartridges. These ink cartridges are a great value, and my wife and I no longer need to significantly limit the amount of printing we do due to ink cartridge prices.

So far so good. While I'm not overly critical of print quality and do not use my home printer for super high quality printing, these seem to be more than adequate. The only thing that could change my review would be if the printer and paper would soak up more of this than other cartridges. But until then, I'm going with 5 stars.

I received my printer for free only to find out a month later that when you run out of ink on the Epson stylus photo R300 that you must replace the entire ink cartridge and are unable to fill it due to a chip or something that the printer reads. I was very frustrated until I came upon this product and with a wonderful price. Installation was simple. I removed the cartridge from the package, the old one from my printer, removed a piece of plastic from the new one and put it in the place on the printer. I then ran a clean cycle with the printer and it prints great!

If I have any issues with leaks or anything else I will update this later. So far so good!!

I Installed these in my old Epson stylus photo R320 easily. Everything seems well built/solid/packaged well, the spring action on the cartridges is more than decent. They work as advertised, I would totally recommend these if you're trying to save some cash. Refilling is super easy with the rubber pull tabs that are latched onto the cartridge.You don't need to manually reset them. You can easily see how much ink is left, i haven't noticed any dripping or leaking as of a few months later, so they seem to be holding up. My printing jobs all look great, all my carts are firing properly & steadily. I try to run a print test sheet as often as i remember to keep the ink flowing. Highly recommend this product if this is what you're looking for.

Ordered two of these, they came the next day, Saturday, and fit perfect.

Now I am sick thinking of all the money I wasted buying from Pitney all

these years.

Update with the new year.

Using the second of these inks and still zero problems and everything

works like it should. I am very glad I purchased these and yes,

will purchase again soon.

Here we are again with a new year just around the corner. My Mailstation

says it is low on ink, and yes, it does give me warning, unlike another review

that says there's doesn't, and they are lasting me right at about a year,

not a month like another has said. Have to order and getting these again

cause I have had no problems, and I mean none. Very clear and have not had

to clean the heads or service the machine for two years now.

Quick update: 12/23/12

Received the two I just ordered and the first one I stuck in would not produce

the test pattern. I tried three times and nothing. Stuck in my used one that

was showing low ink and got a pattern, swapped them back and still nothing.

So, opened the second one and it worked perfect. Swapped them back and still

nothing, even though there is wet ink around the discharge hole it does not work.

Put the second new one back in, did a dozen bills, tossed the one that did not

work in the trash, and I am still good with these replacement inks even though

one did not work, for the money saved I am still comming out ahead.

This ink works just as well as the OEM. These machines are a rip off with the monthly rental fee and the cost of the ink if you get it through PB. When I realized how much the monthly rental fee was, I called them up and told them it wasn't worth it. They immediately reduced the rental from $35 to $20. That added to using this generic but perfect ink and I have greatly reduced the cost of mailing.

I am so happy to have found this cartridge, at such a reasonable price! I've been trying to financially MUDDLE through my seemingly lifelong PB contract on this meter machine. Not only is the lease expensive (even though I did get a reduction), the ink, if purchased from Pitney Bowes is OUTRAGEOUS, over SIXTY DOLLARS including over $10 just to SHIP! And it doesn't last long at all.

I received my cartridge SO FAST, tried it out immediately, and I daresay it's BETTER than the one you get from the company. The ink is a nice deep dark full red. I've tried less expensive cartridges in an office supply store, but the ink was pale PINK and not approved by USPS, and even those were very expensive. I'll be back for more, until my contract runs out, thank you so much! If you're in doubt, BUY IT, you will NOT be disappointed!

I was about to bite the bullet and buy another cartridge from PB, and their website kept freezing (lucky me!). All of a sudden I thought, hmmmm...what about Amazon? SO GLAD I DID!

This is a PB replacement. Their stuff is pretty expensive, and along with shipping, even more so. I had this delivered in 2 days, no shipping (thanks Prime) and it works just fine. I will say it's a bit more bright pink than red, but that doesn't bother me a bit.

Arrived quickly. Must be the lowest price on the market. Made some pretty pictures with the re-manufactured cartridge as soon as it arrived; they were more than adequate if not exactly the same as what you'd might expect from a brand new cartridge. The background sky image was just a bit streaky, hardly noticeable. I think it's because I compare it to my father's HP that produces such clean perfect prints. This is a great product and you'll entirely enjoy it as did I. I'm keeping this supplier on my short list for a reorder.

Pros: This epson Printer is a very easy to use machine. I bought it to replace an old HP Laserjet at home. Also a bit of advise for when you buy Ink cartridges for the WP-4590 make sure to get another "Mainetance Box" to have on hand. This part stores waste ink and the Printer will not function if it gets full. So overall I would highly recommend this product.

Cons: The only downside to this Model is when you first install your Ink Cartridges or replace one you have to wait for 12 to 15 minutes for the machine to prime them.

I purchased this model because I was so favorably impressed by my Epson WorkForce Pro 4540 model that when I needed a printer for another location I thought I would spend a little more and get a still better one from the same series.

Frankly, I wish I had stayed with the 4540.

Unfortunately, neither the Epson website nor Amazon's offered the ability to do a convenient side-by-side comparison of features, so after scanning through the 3 or 4 pages of specifications for each printer, I ordered the 4590 since it was the top of this line and I expected it to be at least the same and in some ways better than the 4540. I was wrong!

A major feature I like about my 4540 is the wireless capability. I can print from my iPad or any of my laptops or tablets as long as they are connected (wired or wireless) to the same network as the printer. I was very disappointed to discover that the 4590 lacks wireless capability. It also came with a smaller paper capacity. Once I did a much more careful check of the specifications for the two, I discovered that there is no difference in print quality, speed, or in rated copies per month. The ONLY feature at all of interest was that it can hold larger ink cartridges; but the 4540 offers decent sized cartridges and the replacement process is trivial. It takes about 5 seconds to pop out the used one and pop in the new one (with no mess!).

If you never wish to print while wireless (or you are willing to dedicate a computer to be constantly on and connected to this printer) then this might be viable; but even then there are several more cost effective alternatives. I bought my 4540 at a big box store when it was on sale and it was about half the price of this Amazon purchase.

This is a good printer, makes nice printouts but I cannot, for the life of me, figure out how to get it to not drink so much ink. I've tried everything, short of printing on economy or draft (which give you a very light printout that is not acceptable for presentation purposes). Until I can get this figured out, I am buying twice as much Ink as I would normally buy so I don't run out in the middle of a job.

The biggest plus with the Kodak printer using #30 ink is that their ink is a whole lot cheaper than most printer's ink, and the pictures and documents I print turn out great! I tried buying refilled cartridges for some of my other printers, and never had much luck with them in the long haul, so decided to buy a Kodak printer because of the reduced ink cartridge prices. I keep reading reviews all over the place online about these ink cartridges not lasting that long and those folks must be doing something wrong because originally I got my set up for Christmas present and the original ink cartridges lasted three months, the second set of cartridges that I ordered on here have last two months and with the amount of coupons I print out that is a good time span on the cartridges and I can squeeze another month out of the second set of cartridges to make it three months again. Very happy with my ink cartridge purchases on here to date and will continue ordering them on here as long as I can.

This is the worst ink and the most expensive ink I have ever had. It barely lasts and I rarely print on it. I will not be buying another Kodak printer again. You are better off with a laser printer.

OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) is the ONLY way to go when it comes to ink jet cartridges. I tried the cheap non-brand cartridges. I tried the re-loaded cartridges. I tried reloading my old cartidges. Nothing but trouble. As far as off-brand cartidges, the ones I bought must have had problems with the "electronics". That is the printed circuits on the cart totally messed up my HP printer.

So the important part of the purchase of HP OEM ink carts is simply price and service. This provider provided 5-star service and a price that would embarass Costco.

This ink works very well. I have had no problems with it. It doesn't last quite as long as the actual Canon ink but for the price difference, that's not a problem. The one quibble I have is with the packaging. It comes with all the colors plus black and my printer uses very little red and green, so I now have about 4 extra red and green cartridges that will take forever to use up. I wish it was possible to buy a package without those colors. Blake Printing Supply gives excellent customer service and I will continue to buy from them.

Prior to purchase I wanted to find out if I could use their cartridges to replace just 2 or 3 of the OEM ink cartridges that were running out of ink. I was concerned about whether or not their inks and cartridges would be compatible and blend properly with the original OEM ink and cartridges?

Or did I need to remove all the OEM inks and cartridges, and use "only" their inks and cartridges?

They were very prompt and courteous, he said before they gave me an answer he wanted to double check with manufacturing. Within 2 days I received another email that said he did check with manufacturing, they said I could mix their inks and cartridges with the OEM inks and cartridges, that I would not have any problem with the 2 products working together electronically and that the inks would properly blend together.

I will be replacing 3 or 4 of the 8 colors with this product later this week. I will follow up on how that worked out.

I replaced my yellow, magenta, photo magenta, black, cyan, and photo cyan cartridges with the ones in this pack at the same time. I had no problem with ink leaking or getting the printer to recognize the cartridges. The colors seemed to be pretty good to me. Excellent packaging and delivery time. Love the price.

The HP 27/28 combo pack is a good buy compared to purchasing the cartridges separately. Amazon's price was a lot better than retail. My only objection is that toner prices are way too high in general.
