Had trouble with 1st cartridge. Printer would not recognize. On their own was contacted by customer service representative and was talked though procedure to try to get cartridge to work.
Would not work and within 2 days received a new cartridge. Contacted Customer Service and they again talked me through installation process.
New cartridge worked like a charm.
Will definatelly order again.

It worked for a while but not very well at all! And then then my printer would not recognize it and it quit working completely.

Arrived quickly. Must be the lowest price on the market. Made some pretty pictures with the re-manufactured cartridge as soon as it arrived; they were more than adequate if not exactly the same as what you'd might expect from a brand new cartridge. The background sky image was just a bit streaky, hardly noticeable. I think it's because I compare it to my father's HP that produces such clean perfect prints. This is a great product and you'll entirely enjoy it as did I. I'm keeping this supplier on my short list for a reorder.

The ink works, but my printer keeps telling me that my ink is low, so I am not sure when I will need to replace it---I guess when I can't print any thing out any more, but then I will be without a printer at all.
