Works Just Like OEM at 1/5 the OEM Price Buy It!

I use an Epson 300RM -My OEM set ran dry and I replaced it with this.

When installing, just be sure to remove all packaging clips and make sure the air holes are free of any adhesive to ensure good ink flow.

I immediately printed out Inkjet printable DVD+R's graphics turned out great.

I also did some paper printing they looked good, too!

My printer, Epson Stylus Photo R200, doesn't recognize these ink cartridges. The shape of the cartridge is clearly not right to fit the printer.

When I first got this, I replaced two of the ink cartridges and it worked great. Later on I replaced another and the printer complained it wasn't the right color and wouldn't accept it. Since it takes multiple weeks for these guys to ship had to bit the bullet and get the ridiculously priced OEM. Bah.

These ink cartridges work (as I've bought each color for my printer), and that's good enough for some people. Being a graphic designer and owning a large format printer name brand ink cartridges can get expensive and fast. I own a Canon Pixma Pro9000 Professional Large Format Inkjet Printer (9995A001) and I have to tell you that with an 8 cartridge printer with cartridges at 13-15 dollars a pop, a name brand is easily $100 and above.

I've used both name brand and off brand printing supplies, and if you're on a budget these cartridges will do the job and they will do them well. The colors pop as they're suppose to and you can easily buy 3 for the price of 1 compared to the name brand.(If your colors seem muddled and are dark it might be the calibration of your monitor that isn't matching the color space of your printer and vice versa. That or the document you're printing from is either CMYK (which makes prints look muddled) or RGB (Which can darken prints significantly) Once again if you're printing multiple things (such as photos for example) it will depend on the size and colors.

Some colors run out quicker than others, in my own experience I find that Black, Cyan, and Magenta are the quickest to run dry, followed by Green and Red. If you were purchasing ink from this supplier I would suggest purchasing two of each cartridge (or more) depending on how much you were going to print and if it's within your budget. Needless to say I am satisfied with the results that these inks produce.

If you own or are using a Canon Pixma Pro 9000 Mark II these cartridges work beautifully, and are a cost effective when considering the OEM offerings.

I have been using the (LD) products for about two years and purchased approximately 40 or so of these in different colors and had only (one) of them fail. I called in on the 1-800 number and (LD) sent me a new one to replace it without question or hassle.

The chip works with the utility program to indicate the amount of usable left in the cartridge and does a good job of keeping track of the ink used. Originally I tested these the verses the OEM Canon brand to see if there where any discernible difference in color, and or print quality and could not detect any.

I have printed hundreds of photos using this product and the quality is outstanding.

I read the reviews and had to try these.. they are well made and do not leak or smear. However I print alot of pictures and CD and DVD labels. The cartridges work fine but for me the colors are off. I tried many color settings but nothing worked. I eventually threw them in the trash and installed the real thing!

When I was looking into ordering this item, I used the Amazon "will this work with your printer" tool. While the Amazon tool said these inks would not work with my Officejet 7210 All-in-One, some research online led me to believe that this ink would work with my printer (even with it being vivera ink).

This isn't a slam against Amazon, as I know that innocent mistakes are bound to happen when a company tries to list the compatibility of inks with almost all printers. Nonetheless, I wanted to let fellow 7210 owners know that on the side of the ink box, the 7210 is specifically listed as compatible (and indeed, when I installed the inks into my 7210, the printer loaded right up and printed perfectly).

If you are wondering if this ink is right for you, I would suggest you make note of the "96/97" ink numbers seen in the product image, and go to HP's website. On their site you can find the model number of your printer, as well as what "number" inks should work with it.

HP's printheads are offered from various vendors, some less expensive with high shipping costs, others without shipping costs and still cost effective. A prospective buyer is able to review the vendors via Amazon's site. If one selects an option and is later dissatistied with that selection, customer service happily cancels that order and allows a new one to be generated.

I love the idea of this. The system works pretty well. The only thing is the ink is not as bold and brilliant as genuine Brother ink. I printed a flyer with Brother ink and when I ran out, I switched to the inkowl brand ink. Holding the two flyers side by side you can definitely see a difference in the color quality but for the value of this system it's worth it to me.

Initially I tried a Piano CISS for my EPSON printer, and could not make it work. Support via email was difficult, vendor requesting many pictures, etc. and after many emails, trials and turbulence we gave up. Vendor suggested a brother printer he uses with CISS. Received product where the box was soaked with "leaked" magenta (what a mess). After I used original ink cartridges, I installed the PRNTTPAYLESS CISS, and as with the Piano, had similar problems -can't connect message from the printer. Many emails, etc, and finally gave up. Stay away from PRINTPAYLESS .. You get inferior product and poor support,and still you pay for it -not less.

Just love the product clean and easy installation , when installing and pouring the inks make sure to where latex gloves and not do it on your desktop, I've attached the piano on the side of the epson stylus photo rx580 with the help of a piece of velcro, now the piano is always level and on the side If I have to move the printer the piano comes with it :) happy shopping

This is the best looking, tidiest, easiest to refill CIS I have seen.

BUT my printer only gets a few prints if that before it says it can't recognize the cartridges. If they reset easily it would be bad enough, but they don't. They have been nice about trying to help, but just refer me to the FAQs. Other places have sent me replacement parts with just a phone call.

This is my fourth CISS. They are great money savers. I was concerned how this would work since this was the first where the cartridges would actually move. They work fine without jamming. I am only giving it four stars instead of five because the instructions are lacking. Even the referenced internet instructions are too generic. You have to cut away parts of the printer to make the tubes fit. If I did not have experience installing these before I would have been very frustrated in trying to figure how to make this fit into the specific printer.

Works on Canon IP4500 ink tanks. I had to wiggle the tank a bit to get the led to stay on and hold it steady for the required 5 to 8 seconds to reset the chip. On a couple of tanks I had to repeat the process a couple of times but it did eventually work. It is a bit tricky to get the led to light up and stay lit but for for the price, it is well worth it to me.

I had my doubts if this widget worked. I can say on my Pixma 9000 after refilling the reservoir, hold the cartridge as directed on the widget, the light turns on, hold for a count of 5 and bada-bing it is like a new cartridge.

Delivered to Australia. It has a removable insert for regular size cartridges that can be removed for the bigger PGI-5 cartridge.

Red Light flashes to indicate that the chip has been reset. Even if it isn't completely full. 13.6ml CLI-8, 26ml PGI-5.

This product completes my kit of ink, syringes for ink(that evidently came with needles for ink please check with supplier to save on cost), plugs for self made DIY holes in cartridges. You can buy a screw tool that will put a hole in your cartridges if times important to you, however I use a regular size nail & hammer it in over the area for the hole for the PGI-5.

Check guides on youtube for more info. With the CLI-8, its a little bit more temperamental & after using a nail to plot the hole, I use a decent size thread screw & screw it in. Ideally the socket screw with a good size thread, will be right but it is important to compare the screw thread with the plug. WARNING!!! make sure plugs are all the way in, otherwise when the printer slides into its covered position (compartment, ideal for transport as it presents less resistance[movability]), if the plug isn't all the way in, then it will cause problems with your printer. Ive experienced this expensive mistake & am now faced with disassembling the printer to tighten screws & replace screws if required, if it is only minor damage caused by the stress of not creating a big enough hole for 1 plug.

Please note This is additional information for use with this device & is not included with this device its self, which does not present any issues, apart from the smaller slot for the CLI-8 not being interlocking with the device, which would only be relevant if you had other people in your work environment using it, who could potentially lose it, or if your clustered because of your lack of time management skills & it doesn't present a problem to me, even being in my junk room (because I am organised), however you could alternatively use tape.

The product image is not correct -the actual packaging I received clearly states that this will only work for a 5 cartridge (magenta, yellow, cyan, PHOTO black, regular black) printer. This PHOTO black cartridge has the "butterfly" symbol, NOT INTERCHANGEABLE with the regular black "pentagon" symbol cartridge.

Once upon a time the Black xl was actually big nearly 3 times the capacity as a standard cartridge (2.5). In fact the printer has a big space for it too... Now the new version of the xl is the same size as the standard cartridge... HP states "smaller package same amount of prints* " and "2.5 more than standard" sounds great right... I was skeptical so put it to the test...On a print order my partially used old cartridge completed 77 pages, it took 2 of the new ones to complete 55... You just cannot get a gallon of milk in a quart jug ...and HP doesn't claim too though the inference is there...note the little * in the claim and the wording where they do not claim the same amount of ink just prints... Reality is it just doesn't hold the same amount of ink and you will be changing out cartridges all the time...

I ended up throwing it away because the printing was not crisp. I ended up buying a Lexmark cartridge at the higher price because we had a report that had to have good print quality and this cartridge did not deliver it.

Replaced the cartridge with the second one ordered and the results were not much better. I recommend buying a new printer that uses cheaper cartridges available from new stock. That's what HP,Etal want us to do anyway right?

This was such a great price that I couldn't pass it up. However, the print quality of my printer has gone down since using this recycled cartridge and this never happened before. I used to get crystal clear print copies and now they look "smudged". For my purposes, it's fine but I would not recommend if you want to make a good impression. I'm not sure that I would buy these again.
